is Machrie Moor, Stonehenge? It looks a lot like it...I've been to Scotland. It is absolutely GORGEOUS! Rainy though (which I guess works well for them as it keeps the grass and trees looking so lush and green) I wanted to see where my descendants came from and see the history and experience the culture (I am a little bit Scottish and a little bit Irish...next on my Bucketlist is Ireland...I think I may be a little bit Swedish and Polish too...I think I heard my parents say that once)

I missed you guys, I live just up the coast from Ardrossan. I'm packing to come back from Menorca. Sunrise over Loch Ness is stunning....or Loch Tay for that matter. Deffo give Aberfoyle a visit. David Marshall Lodge has a massive zip wire through the trees and hides where you can go watch the red squirrels. The views are amazing x
I just found your channel in the last month and I had hesitations about a channel with a toddler - but your daughter is just so adorable it actually adds to the experience! Look so forward to your weekly travels and so glad you take us along!

let me just say that the camera quality is just amazing and it is so fun to watch you guys raise Hunter and still travel with your beautiful girl her little personality is just so cute. Can wait to keep watching her to grow up.
It’s so lovely seeing the UK through other peoples eyes. Even though we have been here for four years now and travelled quite a bit, and this has given us so much inspiration for a last trip to Scotland before moving back home to QLD next year. Last time we went we visited The Kelpies (amazing) and my husband had haggis crumbled over his hot dog - could not bring myself to do this. Whilst you’re over this side of the world, if you come to England and get the opportunity I would definitely recommend Dover Castle and the two war tunnels that are on that site. If you’re a fan of Call The Midwife, and interesting history - Chatham Dockyards is also great…Hunter would enjoy them both.

I grew up in Scotland!! So fun seeing you there! I so wish I could go back. I've been back in the States since I was a teenager, but I was small when we moved to Dundee and have such wonderful memories. I really miss it! Thank you for your amazing channel! Also, definitely try black pudding with your breakfast. I loved it as a kid. Also, eat some beans on toast somewhere and get some Irn-Bru to drink!! My obsession with Indian food started there too. Man, I miss it!!!
I can't wait to see more of Glencoe and Isle of Skye. So glad you are in Scotland. Took my 81 year old mom last summer and she wants to go back this summer. I am just so excited to show her this series! 😍

I was in Scotland the last two weeks of June. Absolutely loved it and hope to return in the next year or so. Only trains and a heck of a lot of walking! Isle of Skye, Inverness, Glasgow & Edinburgh were the main stops and all were marvellous. The castles, coos and churches were astounding.
"Eat the food from Hunter'. These are the Hunter lines that now I will keep rewinding in my mind to de-stress lol. These lines have dethroned the previous Hunter lines I was using to de-stress: "Oh, there's more! There's people!" from one of the Switzerland videos :) Thank you so much for sharing all the cuteness of your family and the beauty of the places you visit :)

This is so lovely! I spent the last 4 years in Scotland for uni and just moved away recently. Some notes-celtic (when referring to anything other than the football club) is pronounced with a hard c (kel-tik). Tatties is pronounced with a short a (as you originally pronounced them). And although that part of Glasgow uni is beautiful, I have 3 very close people to me who all went there and all hated it😂. Hope you enjoyed the Highlands-it will forever be home to me

So many good things to do in Scotland and it is one of the most beautiful places on the planet. If you are again in Glasgow, please let us know and maybe do a meet and greet? Ahhhh you're in Scotland!! Welcome! If you're doing more than just the islands in Scotland you have to drive up to Glencoe...the scenery is breathtaking and an absolute must see, Loch Shiel to see Glenfinnan Viaduct-used in the Harry Potter films and then up to loch ness (Nessie!) or to the Moray Firth area where you may see a few dolphins. The Cairngorms are beautiful too-there you can visit the UK's only wild reindeer herd-Hunter would absolutely love it as you can get up close and feed them! This is such a lovely video, Hunter with animals is just so cute and Mount Stuart looks stunning!! Enjoy the rest of your time here!

If you're doing more than just the islands in Scotland you have to drive up to Glencoe...the scenery is breathtaking and an absolute must see, Loch Shiel to see Glenfinnan Viaduct-used in the Harry Potter films and then up to loch ness (Nessie!) or to the Moray Firth area where you may see a few dolphins. The Cairngorms are beautiful too-there you can visit the UK's only wild reindeer herd-Hunter would absolutely love it as you can get up close and feed them! Hunter is talking so much now! When you waited for the second ferry, I even heard her speaking German 😂 She said „Schiff fahren“ (when you both asked sorry) which means going by boat 😊
