I do get the sense that there's something underwhelming about this watch. I think the subdials should stand out more, maybe make it a different shade of blue.
This was very intentionally done. In-house B01 movements get contrasting colors on sub dials. It’s the only visible way for people to see the “tier” of navitimer you bought.
It's a very nice looking watch, actually looks bigger than 40/41mm, maybe that white border makes it look larger. A busy dial but it works. Excellent video. I noticed the MPH...I wonder does it have KPH for Europe..I've never seen one!
It looks funny without the Breitling wings on the face. I still can't believe they did that. Pretty watch, but I'm going to buy an older model to get the proper look.
I don't know for $4k that bleeding text is just not cool. Breitling have tons of replacement dials I think if it was a refurb they would have replaced it plus how much does it really cost to make this watch? Mistakes happen its not against Breitling but for $4,000 the watch has to be perfect.
I recently bought this exact model preowned and the bleeding text was also present. It's very offputting and I've never seen such poor finishing on an almost 7k watch.
Any idea how much of a discount they give for breitling select customers and how squad points convert into dollars? I just finished my first month. Have one more month before I get my first offer.
Man you know it's 2021. For that kind of money, you'd think they could at least make it 100m or even bloody 50M water resistance. If I'm spending that kind of money I expect better. Especially if Chinese watches can do 200m for 100 bucks. Now I don't know if my Steeldiver 1970 Willard "homage" is actually 200m. But I put it on the end of a fishing pole recently and dropped her 20mish down in a lake for an hour and she was fine. Maybe I got lucky. I don't know. But $5k for a watch and only 30m? I thought these were supposed to luxury tool watches? Otherwise yeah it's a really nice watch.
Would very much appreciate knowing where to find this watch new for sub $5000. You also mentioned used for sub $4000??? I must be looking at the wrong websites. All I see is high 4s to low 5s.
Not really...the calculations offered by the slide rule are just as important. There is no better tool watch for pilots than the Navitimer. Modern cockpits make the functions obsolete but it's a great backup.
I wouldnt buy a Breitling with ETA movement. The B01 is the only selling point for the Navitimer imo. I would go with the Sinn 903. More WR and better price
Breitling & Hamilton chronographs are beautiful in person although they are hard to read. You have to concentrate on the watch. Just too difficult for most real world conditions. And wow, that watch is crazy expensive. Just use a cell phone.
Brilliant watch. I am totally fine with non in-house movement as long as it is reliable and dependable.
Very nice watch. It's what I think of when I think Breitling. A tool from days gone by.
Such a beautiful watch!
Navi is such a cool, iconic watch.

Oh that is a very nice Breitling, I like it very much!
Love the G-Man playing Galaga in the background! How did I never notice that before? Classic!
Haha! I have a Seiko pilot Chrono but don't how to use the slide and don't care. I love it!

On the side you will also see KM. It allows you to convert
Is it wrong I kinda like this version more than the b01 versions...
I always had an issue with Breitling being too busy, but I have done a double-take on the superocean recently.
Very nice watch, but too busy for me. Anyway this is an iconic piece for sure.
Love that Sinn at the end.
I like the white dial version and if I ever own one it would be for time, date, and bling purposes LOL.
Do the monthly payment go towards the purchase if you pick one to buy?

Haha Rob love the disclaimer!
You can safely send it to me. Very nice piece. I do like a busy dial.
Rob, can we go over on how to use the slide rule now?
I can’t. Or won’t, pick one. Lol
It is ok, but I can't keep noticing the strap looks too wide at 22mm and when considering the 40mm case that explains why.
Would love to see the 43 avenger down road

With that pricing I'd rather get Omega or Zenith, no?
Thank you.
.To get a Navi for under $5000, WOW. A trip to the U.S in my future.

I have one new if your interested
Cool ⌚
I still don't know how to use my Nighthawk's slide rule and never will.
Dang random rob - really kicking things into high gear
Layout and contrasting registers of the B01 movement is so much more successful than this model
Just my observation via a video but as a " Pilots" watch that look difficult to read at a quick glance? If so a fail for any tool watch right.

30m water resistance for a $4K watch???? Really????
30m water resistance for a tool watch. Hilarious.
Go buy a G-Shock for diving. Nobody is taking a $7,000 watch with a leather strap diving.
30m WR...pass.
And then there's the Sinn 903...
🤣👍🏻

I don't like chronometers, but this watch is stunning... I love it! Would You be so kind and send me one? ;) Best regards! J
