Thanks for the helpful demonstration. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but, from what I can see, it looks like it's better to use the pedal/foot switch if you want to "punch-in or out" with tighter timeline(s) (more seamless), i.e., to avoid that two second lead time and one second stop time that comes with the "auto-punch" mode, which may result in a more "choppy" sounding track?
Thank you, thank you, and thank you! (I'd edit out one of the thank you's, but you deserve them all!) Your explanations save time, big time. Hey, and fun chops, too.
Thanks for all your tutorials, super-useful for a beginner like me. I get the sense that the foot switch is probably the easiest way to punch in and out; is that what you'd normally use (or would you normally just re-do the entire track?)
What if you want to remove that section entirely basically I need to remove a 25 second section which will make the song a little shorter. .....CUT that's what I'm trying to learn how to do,. And the manual sucks
There is no auto punch on the 006, manual only. You arm the track you want to punch in, press play and when you get to the bad part, hit record. When you're done hit stop. Thanks!

You're very welcome!
Thanks!
Helpful, but I had to watch it like 20 times and take notes. Still much better than the bloody manual!

Switch is good. Personally, I just consider it practice and give it a whole nother go most of the time :)
Thanks for watching.
Thanks ! Just what I was looking for
Glad I could help!
Dang I really should get the punch pedal🤖👽👾📡
For instrumentalists no doubt.
Thanks for watching.

Hi thanks for your tutorials! Recently got the 006 model, do you know if the auto punch feature works on the 006? Thanks!
