Just got it!Thought I would be brainless with this.It was great just to get it going immediately. Basic tracks recorded/bounced,listened...all good!Sure the machine offers more...will keep playing with it.Get one..it's worth it!!!
Can anyone help me? I just bought this unit and i'm terrible at recording. I was trying to get the DVD because the printed instructions have me a little confused. I'm trying to record myself singing and playing based on the info on page 19 and then on pg 20 where it shows how to listen to it. apparently it didn't capture the recording i guess. I'm thinking i maybe didn't have the input source correct?
How does it sound? I tried looking through your videos to see your take on this but my finger wore out. Its been a while so I am sure you can say if its ok or not. I want to buy something cheap for myself. I just had a cancer scare and want to record me playing the guitar for my kids. Im on disability now so cheap is a must.
Jeremy Jones oh wow man, prayers to you and your family. To just record guitar and voice, so like two tracks, you can do that way easier with garageband and some headphones.
The iWatch screen is almost as big as the DP-006 display, which isn't backlit and is nearly impossible to read. The font used in the manual is microscopic. No, I don't have issues with my vision. Its almost like Tascam is daring you to try and figure out how to use this deck without tearing your hair out. Oh well, back to computer recording. Good luck, paisans.
