Yaaasss a 7 min stretching video again!! :) With the first full body stretch I had the feeling my upper body wasn't totally stretched. (that's why I combined it with the upper body stretch, I also like it because after a long day it's sooo good!) It's amazing to upgrade the video, my arms are happy ;) I hope there will come a lower body stretch, for after heavy legs or booty workout hehe 🙈 Thank you for giving this video to us! It's fine to think you're not alone doing the movements. Big love ❤️

You've done well with the setup of these cooldown stretch videos. So often while working out I have to strain my neck to keep my eyes on my screen to keep up with new movements. With your videos, I can relax and enjoy the feeling of the flex, listen to great music, and when the timer gets close to winding down, it's a non-intrusive sound that alerts me. I’m confused about the tricep stretch and the bicep one, I have really loose joints so it might just be my disorder but I legitimately couldn’t feel a stretch even though I knew I was doing them right
then you probably weren’t doing them right if you can’t feel a stretch... because i can. or it might be your disorder. don’t stress too much about it, just try different stretches to substitute the ones in the video.

That’s cause the bicep stretch is more of a wrist stretch than a bicep 💪 stretch
