I was wondering if you could make a 15 minute video like this that focuses on stretching the same areas as this one. I absolutely love thoses exercises, quick and effective! I used to have days when I'd wake up and be feeling so sore in my back but since Im doing these exercises, I feel so much better and dont wake up feeling sore anymore. I just modify the last one to do a child pose, it feel so so good!

my back really hurt during yesterday's workout, and it hurts so much when I want to do the workout, then I searched for back pain workout on youtube and found her workout video, then I tried it, and believe me guys my back feels better, maybe her workout didn't work for you , but this worked for me, just try it🥰💪

I was enduring lower back pain while attempting to sleep at night. I feel that my hips will go out of placement when I sleep on my side. I never experienced this kind of situation once again when I found out about this back discomfort guide named t.co/GZQoiGLijd I can now have enough sleep once again given that my back problems is gone. .
Some of your hamstring muscles go over your hips and connect to your lower back, they they help you stand upright rather than folding over at your hips. they’re what cause some people tightness in their lower back during workouts as well as potential pain, so if it’s applicable to you then do it and if not then skip it🤷♂️
why did you put forward bend in this.? I got sudden sharp disc pain and it was very bad and painful. Please you should change the title of the video saying that “relaxation for stiff back after a long day of sitting or at work” This video gave me disc issues . Don’t go for forward and backward dog bends . These two will give you sharp pain.

It's quite fast but still efficient I think.
I mean i like the video but the first 4 minutes had nothing to do with ,,backstretching". There were good stretches for my legs but not for my back..

I agree, back was in there but there was too much leg stuff
First stretch is sphinx not baby cobra. Also there should be extra time for getting into poses, or like a line of text saying what’s next.
