The thing with Akiko is that her voice sometimes wavers/trembles which makes it sound a bit off-key, but that’s exactly what gives it so much charisma. Her voice is amazing and the amount of work she puts into her songs is as well. Her music for the Ar Tonelico series is phenomenal. I don‘t think that anyone else can pull off her songs the way she does. I wish I could see her live 🥲

Deberías de ver la banda sonora de huminrjo no naku koro ni(cundo las gaviotas lloran) pero la visual novel para mi su mejor trabajo, de hecho fue de sus primeros trabajos cuando apenas empezaba su carrera, también la de tales of symponia anime lástima que ya no la EH visto participar en mas animes actuales una lastima su musica es única

Does anyone know what the first song (Come Clap Your Hands) is from? I found a site that only says it's an original song but I can't find what cd it's from. Did she write and perform this for the dvd only? Thank you for uploading this BTW!

Two songs, "Saasa, Te Narashite" and "Koyoi no Utage, Tanoshimou zo!", were written specifically for this concert and they are in perfect harmony with the overall concept of the White and Black Diva. Also don't forget about the other three instrumental compositions, Down By The Sally Gardens, Cha Cha Dolce and Estampie, called Recorder Ensemble Medley part. These instrumental arrangements of popular songs of the past that you will never find on Shikata's CDs too.

舞台で表現するのが向いているひとと、そうでないひと、はいて、志方さんの場合は後者なのかもしれないね。自分の中の世界観を生声で表現するのとは違うのかも…曲（楽器が良いから）はとても生で聴いてみたいんだけど、生では本人の望むかたちで『表現』できないのだろうなあ、本人の中の材料とか世界観には満ち足りないのかも。

Check out Yuki Kajiura. Kalafina was one of her later projects if I recall correctly.

初のライブDVD！もう少しコーラが大きければ良かったなー。声が前に出過ぎですね。彼女の売りは音を自在に操る技術ですから、音質にはこだわって欲しかったかな。非常に勿体無いです。でも、彼女は「私が表現したい事、曲の雰囲気は中々ライブでは出来ないので、やはりCDで良い音質を聞いて、自身で曲の世界観を想像して楽しんで欲しい。」って言ってたからこれから先DVDはもう出さないと思います。
