Thank you for this! I recently went plant based and now trying to eat for my body type (endomorph). I’ve been finding it extremely hard to find delicious recipes that check off all of these boxes. Would love more of these recipes!
Yes! Thank you, this is just what I was looking for to add new fresh variety to my summer meals. I love Healthy Meal Plans website and use it all the time. It really helps me quickly choose healthy meals during menu planning and I love that I can keep a list of favorites to find them with ease. ~Connie
Love the recipe... just one note. The agave neater is nearly 100 fructose... the bad type of sweetener which can be problematic . Consider monk fruit, it doesn’t spike the insulin.
Omg I have never been this early to one of your videos. You make amazing dishes and drinks. I love how you create food for each season. This is an amazing channel! Keep up the great work! 😃😀😊☺
tea lol, yeah I been to Arizona in Summer and felt like I walked into an oven when I got off the plane. The humidity is not near as bad as here but the heat is no joke.
haha. 95F is nothing compared to here in Australia. In the summer we reach temps of 47- 48 Celcius which is around 116F. Those are the days when you just spend the whole day in the water.
thank you so much for this! it's been SO hot outside and I'm in the mood for something refreshing and these recipes hit the spot! everything looks absolutely tasty
oooh! I am always looking for fresh, simple, summer dishes. Might try the first one alongside a cucumber or egg salad sandwich. I always like cooking with the seasons.
My kids absolutely love zoodles and I know they are getting tired of them just sauteed with salt pepper and garlic we will definitely be trying these recipes.
Wound like to see you do the prep for this on the zoodles and squash. I would like to see the peeler you use and how you do it. I've tried those spiralizers and they didn't work well. Looks like you did a decent amount so I'd like to see the process and know about how long this prep takes doing it your way. Thx
I actually have a quick demo using my favorite tool in the video below! I use the Titan Peeler - I personally find it more effective than a spiralizer! ruclips.net/video/JxuQYqF8izg/видео.html
These recipes are so amazing and I'll be making these over the summer. By the way, you had me at NO COOK. I have the Paderno spiralizer and it's kind of fun to make the curly zoodles but there are many options either to make your own zoodles or buy them pre-zoodled. Fantastic recipes, advice, and video's. : )
Scott Reacher if you click on the link to the recipe you like in her description box, you can adjust the serving size and it’ll adjust the new measurements needed :)
These look so yummy, colorful, and crunchy! I'd definitely try these as side dishes. I wonder about eating these as a full meal though... I know they're vegan, obviously, but they don't seem like they'd be very filling at all...
Sara Lynn!! I've got a 9 week old baby girl. Pretty soon I'll be making her some purees to store in my deep freezer for when she's ready to transition to food. I've got a great cookbook for it but was thinking it would be awesome to see on your channel! A little new parent solidarity, lol. Seriously, would love to see your take on baby food, especially as yours grows since mine isn't that far behind. Been a fan of this channel for 6 years I think? Your cookbook is one of the things I'm asking Santa for this year 😉
Congratulations on your new baby! I am just starting to learn about baby food but I will definitely be sharing some ideas on my instagram! If you have any ideas to share from the cookbook you have I would love to hear them!
@@thedomesticgeek1 the book I have is called "the big book of organic baby food." I also received the toddler version of the same book but ended up returning it because it was redundant. A lot of the same recipes in the baby book were in the toddler book. I've been too busy adjusting to the new mom thing so haven't had a chance to look through it in detail, but I have seen some really good recipes and ideas in there. I was also gifted a cooking tool called baby brezza. It's supposed to be able to chop, puree, and steam the baby food. So it's kind of like a all in one type of cooking tool. Haven't used it yet but my family swears by it. Hope that helps and giving you a starting point! Can't wait to see what you come up with!
Hi there just got your cookbook in the mail today first of all congratulations on it. second of all it's beautiful I love the recipes and you do an awesome job both on your channel and in your cookbook
Want to try all three of them. Maybe save it for when I visit my sister-in-law Corie as she's the only one who likes all the same foods I like. Lee and Daniel don't care for most vegetables.
Can you do a series on allergy free no cook dishes. I am allergic to tree nuts. I have to watch my cholesterol. Although nuts are healthy I cannot eat them.
I am trying to figure out healthy (none dairy, low carb) meals that I can easily prepare in a air fryer toaster oven (that also has a bake option)...any suggestions?
So i would like to know if the portions are for one or two people? My husband is out of town for 3 weeks and I would like to try this recipes this week but I am afraid it would be too much food for me and also can you please let us know if it’s a maid dish or a side? Perhaps you said it in the video but if you did I missed it. I Plan in doing all low carbs until my husband comes back ☺️
Hello, I'm vegan so these recipes were very helpful. Miso is very common ingredient in Japan where I live, so I would like to try them out! I have one question. Is it possible to leave out the nutritional yeast for the pesto? It's very uncommon ingredient in Japan and hard to find it.
Jane Doe miso paste is used to make miso soup. The soup they serve when you go to eat sushi. Most supermarkets sale it. It’s usually in the refrigerate area with the salad dressings that need refrigeration. Hope that helps.
I love how you add readily available ingredients to your recipes, thank you 😊I’ll definitely try all three of those salads. tfs
more low carb/keto recipes would be nice :)
I’ll see what I can do!

Yes Please

Diabetic frendly biscuits!!!

I made the almond dressing and love (LOVE) it. Then bought the Meals Made Easy cookbook and am so glad I did.
Just wow! Exactly what I need for 30*C and over weather! Thanks a lot!
Omg you should do a $1 challenge where you try and make a dish with $1 or less 🤗🤗 Love the video btw

I bet that first one would be good with tempeh as well, yum!
Definitely!
Omg these look so healthy and delicious!! Brilliant! Should I wait to mix the pesto in if I’m meal prepping the second dish?
Either way should work! Luckily the zoodles should stand up well to the pesto!
Allergic to soy. Any miso paste substitutes for the pesto sauce?
These look fantastic, thank you!

Guess what I have in the garden? Yellow squash, zucchini and tomatoes! Thanks Sarah!
Amazing!!! Fresh from the garden ingredients sounds incredible!
All 3 look so yummy! I have been thinking of getting some sort of spiralizer. Could you show us what you like?
I actually really like using this peeler instead of a spiralizer! I have used it for years and I absolutely love it: amzn.to/2MNuQNQ

I tried the Thai almond crunch. Not bad but my dressing was really more solid than liquid. I think my almond butter was to thick.
low carb but adds sugar (agave) :/ would probably work with stevia or monkfruit!
