The #JAMCast welcomes Sensei John Sharkey, the president of the American Karate Association (AKA) and the owner of Sharkey's Karate in Naperville, Illinois. Learn about his life beginning martial arts as a youth and beginning teaching at the age of 17, the way in which he became president of AKA and taking over the AKA Warrior Cup tournament, and the keys to success that he has had in training some of the top martial arts competitors of all time that have since progressed to have blossoming careers in the stunt and entertainment industry.
