  • These oat crepes are a perfect healthy breakfast idea that you can make ahead of time. They are a low calorie and high protein recipe. You can stuff them with anything you like, from sweet to savory toppings. Any type of sweet or savory cheeses, sauces or even more protein.
    CREPES WITH WHOLE EGG
    Ingredients
    2.5 cups old fashioned oats (200g)
    1 whole egg
    4 tbsp liquid egg whites (58 g)
    1 tbsp cornstarch (10g)
    1 cup 2% milk (250g)
    pinch of salt
    CREPES WITH EGG WHITES ONLY
    Ingredients
    1.25 cups old fashioned oats (100g)
    7 tbsp liquid egg whites (105 g)
    1/2 tbsp cornstarch (5g)
    1/2 cup almond milk (125g)
    pinch of salt

      I suggest you start with the same amount and then adjust the water, add a little at a time to get similar consistency. Let me know how they turn out with coconut flour
