My bf didn't even realise the pancakes were made with oats! Really tasty, great texture, we were both very pleased 🙂 I served them with an apricot jam without added sugar, some walnuts and a bit of whipped cream. Yummy! 😋 Thanks Sasha.

This really works. There are many other videos out there about gluten free crepes, but they don't work. This is the real deal. For me adding additional cup of water after taking the batter from the fridge works best. If I don't add the extra water, the batter is little too thick for my taste. None the less, this is a great recipe and the video.

I grew up eating palachinkas, sturdier Hungarian crepes, adding a tiny bit of sugar to help them achieve some color. Mine were always eaten for breakfast with a deep-toned jam for the most intense fruit flavor.

Remember: you must buy organic 'GLUTEN FREE' oats. Organic oats still have a cross contamination with wheat. It must be written on the package they are 'Gluten Free', otherwise, check the ingredients and you'll see they contain 'wheat'.

This recipe is legit🥶🥶Oh my gosh I have been struggling to make healthy pancakes for months. The 3 ingredient ones always fall apart and taste DISGUSTING and I just couldn’t find any other recipes. But Sasha seriously thank you so muchh because I made nearly 20 pancakes for my whole family and it tasted delicious.
I don’t eat sugar so to sweeten it I added sweetener tablets and crushed them (0cal). This was so amazing and Yh the starch is super important as it thickens the mixture, I used farina potato starch and it worked just as well.
Here are a few tips if these things happen to you:
If you see a whole lot of clumps at the bottom of the mixture whilst adding the milk and water, heat it in the microwave for 1 minute (not too hot but warm 🤍) and mix in between those stages. You will feel the lumps dissolve more into the batter, I also suggest whisking it with a mixer but if you don’t have one you don’t need to. To probably avoid the lumps next time I would heat the water and milk before adding then heat the mixture as a whole.
I used olive oil but a tinyy bit even though my pan was non stick🤣
Alsoo if you don’t want to make as much pancakes you might want to split it using ratio, I deffo want to make a smaller batch so if anyone wants the measurements for that, feel free to ask. They tasted amazing and yes could be either savoury or sweet, the only healthy pancake that tasted like a pancake💅🏾💅🏾
    - Make sure to sieve and blend the oats
    - And Yh put in the fridge I put mine in for 20 mins as I did whisk it so it was thick (not too thick, crepe thick🤣),smooth and ready to go:)
Thank you Sasha again, I’m so excited that this actually worked🥰

@@HowToCookSmarter thank sooo much for this recipe. I was just about to ask this question. My husband loves pancakes but we trying to eat healthier so this would be a great replacement recipe.
Oh I made the breakfast muffins yesterday and it was really delicious 😋 thanks for that too 👍

Thank you, I will try and cook them soon! What about substituting the eggs with "flax eggs"? What do you think, did you someone from the community try this?
