    BAKED CHOCOLATE DONUT RECIPE
    (Makes 11 donuts)
    Ingredients:
    2 cups ground oats (200g)
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 cup cocoa powder (50g)
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup coconut oil (50g)
1/2 cup honey, maple syrup or agave (170g)
    2/3 cups yogurt (160g)
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    COCOA POWDER GLAZE:
    1/4 cup cocoa powder
    1/4 cup coconut oil
2 tbsp honey (maple syrup or agave)
    PEANUT BUTTER GLAZE:
    1/4 cup peanut butter
    2 tbsp coconut oil
    NUTRITIONAL INFO (per donut):
    187 calories, fat 7.7g, carb 27g, protein 5.4g
    Preparation:
In a large bowl, add the ground oats, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder. Mix until it's well combined.
In another bowl, add the eggs, melted coconut oil, honey (maple syrup or agave), yogurt and vanilla extract. Whisk until completely combined.
Add the ground oats, cocoa powder and baking powder. Gently fold until you get a smooth and shiny batter.
Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined. Don't over-mix the batter, your donuts won't be as fluffy as they should be.
Transfer the batter into a piping bag or ziploc bag, cut off the corner, and pipe the batter into the previously greased donut pan. Don't overfill the molds, or you'll lose the classic donut shape.
Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350°F (180°C), or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Dip the donuts into the glaze and place them back on the wire rack to set.
    Enjoy!

No it won't because they are very small, anyone can easily eat 8-10 of these and so you end up with ~1000-1250 in just one meal.

125 full of carbs . Which means that you will still get fat . PLus this is bad quality food which would make you fat and unhealthy anyways . Lastly IFYM is just a joke and doesnt work . If you want to be fat then continue eating donuts

Always love your recipes. I made these tonight for me and the Mrs. but with a twist. Well, vegan. I used Silk almond milk yogurt, 3 tablespoons of prepared coffee to soak 1 Tbl of chia seeds and 1 Tbl of ground flax seed in place of the egg, plus 1 Tbl of Egg Substitute and 2 Tbl of water. And in place of the cocoa powder I used 1/3 cup of vanilla flavored Kachava but also added 1 Tbl of cocoa powder. No icing just ate them plain. Delicious

Some stuff I learned as a beginner: don’t use almond flour. Aluminum foil for donut centers doesn’t work bc if they’re too light, they don’t stick to the bottom of the pan. Use a bottle cap or small cookie cutter to make the holes. Measure the coconut oil extra carefully bc it comes off strong. (less is better than more.) By the stars, don’t bake the donuts for more than 10 minutes. They cook incredibly fast, so don’t multitask beyond washing dishes. If your oven tends to be too hot, decrease 350F to 325F. Thanks for the recipe! My finished donuts are Frankenstein muffins, though.

My oldest which is picky didn’t even know it was made from all whole and fresh ingredients. He thought for sure I had sugar, butter and dairy in it. I used almond milk instead of yogurt. Well, I just made these donuts and I have good news and not so good news. The good news is that they really are delicious. Very chocolatey, soft, fluffy and moist. Are used coconut yogurt, which is thinner than regular yogurt, and that might have made you’re doing it’s softer and a bit more delicate. I didn’t mind that. I also love that the ingredients are all what I would eat anyway on a healthy diet. I’m impressed with just how much like a regular donut they taste, and not too sweet. What I did not like and did not expect is just how messy the preparation was. With few ingredients and a short baking time, I expected this to be an easy process, but it wasn’t. I don’t have the pastry bags for piping the batter, and maybe that would have made it easier. The batter is very sticky. I tried putting it into a Ziploc plastic bag as you suggested. Maybe I used a bag that was too large, but it was too difficult for me to squeeze it out into the pan. I ended up spooning it into the pan, but it was very time-consuming and messy.
I would welcome any other suggestions you might have, as this really is a delicious recipe. Oh, and I found that the glaze, being very thin, soaked into the donut. I then added a bit of cornstarch to thicken the glaze, and that did make it better.
