    Bro I am on the ground laughing when you took that ARM off and it said" one eternity late"r 😂😂😂😂😂😂 I totally,totally know what you're talking about!!
    I was sitting there saying "kick it ,kick it!! Throw that piece of s***!!"🤬🤬😂😂
    I honestly feel a little bit better knowing that it was not only me...😱 But killer video bro !!! I'm getting the same long arm lift kit for my WJ just because of this video! Thank you for the awesome video it was very helpful and it is going to make things easier for me when I do it..🤙👍
    As soon as I get enough cash flow to install it I'm going to send you a video on how mine turned out.

    What are you planning on for a muffler ? I cut my 3rd cat completely out and installed a small Borla muffler with a offset outlet, in-between the front long arm cross member and the rear cross member. Then put a 14in long downturn pipe on the end of the muffler .I added a rubber hanger and hook at the end and have it attached to my rear long arm subframe ; to hold it all up close and tight to the floor.

      I haven’t figured that out for now I’ll do a turn down so it’s not blowing exhaust on the joint but plan on either doing the IRO kit or something custom

    • @immelting9834
      @immelting9834 3 года назад

      @@ROCKY_TV put that under full on flex when you do the exhaust as much as possible while it's flexed. I've torn and smashed 3 exhaust pipe set ups. Even the IRO. It's so fucking tight in there the ironis 1/8th in away from shit in some spots. The other 2 I built from scratch that's whynisad screw it and went to the downpipe.

      Just a few things to finish up like adjustable track bar and a few other things then it will be ready to test out.

    I know just what your going through. I put the same 4 link on. I'm now replacing that rusty gas tank skid plate. So close to finishing but will be doing the sliders after I get it road worthy again. Maybe even go wheeling with you since I'm just west of Philly.

    I have the same set up , however I'm a hard trail rider, so I stuck with 5 in lift and 35's for a LCG build. Heads up , ditch those joints and get dual durometor rubber joints. Those joints are brutal on city streets.

    • @ROCKY_TV
      @ROCKY_TV  3 года назад +1

      Nice, I’m doing a LCG build too this Jeep will be on 42s or 43s I plan on leaving these joints for now since the jeep won’t be driven much.

    • @immelting9834
      @immelting9834 3 года назад

      @@ROCKY_TV at 5 in and 35's , my entire front wheel wells are gutted , hammered and hacked to death . Fender is almost non existent. Then welded anything that needed reinforcement. My rear wheel well is completely cut to the door and follows the contour of my door. Wheel wells are then coated with raptor liner. 40's + would be a shlt ton of work , but doable . Good luck with your build man , I'll be following to see how things evolve.

    Really looking into buying the 6.5” LA kit. Not sure if I get the rock link pro (front/rear) or just the front with upgraded rear A-Arm. What else did you need to replace/upgrade to make this kit complete and ready for the trails?

    • @ROCKY_TV
      @ROCKY_TV  5 месяцев назад +1

      You’d probably want a front driveshaft if you don’t have the double cardan driveshaft besides that you’re good to go the kit included everything needed to get it on the trails

    • @matthew7972
      @matthew7972 5 месяцев назад

      @@ROCKY_TV I ordered the 6.5” rock link pro kit. I’ll get a drive shaft once the kit is installed that way I can get the correct new length right? Also, what do I need to do with the exhaust? I watched your video and saw you cut behind the third cat but what was the solution? Do I truly need to spend $400 for the IRO exhaust kit or no?

    • @ROCKY_TV
      @ROCKY_TV  5 месяцев назад +1

      Yeah driveshaft after the kits installed I highly
      Recommend Adams driveshafts they’ve built every driveshaft I have on all of my Jeeps and I haven’t had one issue. The exhaust you definitely don’t have to do the IRO kit it’s just the easiest option. You could fab something up if that’s something you feel comfortable doing. I actually haven’t fixed that issue yet I haven’t driven the Jeep more than maybe 50 miles since I installed the kit but I plan on doing a custom exhaust set up when I do the 1 tons

    • @matthew7972
      @matthew7972 5 месяцев назад

      @@ROCKY_TV yea I live in California so I don’t wanna mess with the cats 😂 I’ve seen on WJ Facebook group people have gone to exhaust shops and they just fab something up for like $150 for them and it’s a done deal. I’ll definitely look into Adam’s DS. Should I do an SYE kit with it? Like the hack and tap from IRO?
