This young woman is highly talented, and musically this performance is superb - BUT - is it just me, or is this song completely inappropriate material for a young girl to be singing? Every time I hear a cover of Hallelujah (and there are so, so many) I go back and find Leonard Cohen's original, and the Jeff Buckley cover, and am reminded that this song is, at least in part, an older man's mourning of the lost emotions and eroticism of his earlier life - it remembers, quite painfully, the feelings of younger passion, and observes the cold reality of aging. I think that the vast majority of covers of this song should never have been done. Still - most people seem to like it, perhaps without thinking about the meanings, so I'll shut up now . . .
This performance of Hallelujah is fine enough, but it pales in comparison to the magical and profoundly heartfelt performance that Diana Ankudinova gave at her home, in front of a Christmas tree, when she was 10.

If you compare EMMA end DIANA, you have no knowledge of Music or singing! Diana was a beginner. His singing was not right without control, or any emotions. EMMA is today a world star! It would be better for you to avoid comments!!!
I find this video really superb. Everything is magnificent. EMMA with her sublime interpretation and the ORCHESTRA with the extraordinary musicians❤👋🎤🎸🎵
