Marcelito's father was in prison and his mother couldnt care for him so he was abandoned at age 7 on the streets of a poverty ridden city in the phillipines. He cleaned chicken coups to survive. He started singing to the chickens and when he felt afraid and alone. He is completely self taught with no vocal or musical training. He was on AMT the champions and his rendition of time to say goodbye was amazing. He sings all genres of music in 8 languages and borh male and female voices. He has a charity in the phillipines caring for the sick and poor of all ages. He actually does a lot of the work himself. He has remained a kind and humble person and he is admired world wide.
