Really enjoyed this tutorial. You were thorough. Liked that you showed your mistake with the bow material. Made it real. Thank you. I do have a question. Did you zigzag/serge the raw edge of the hood?
I have been reluctant to try appliqué on Terry cloth because of fear of trimming around the fabric and scissors getting caught in the loops of the Terry cloth. Is this a problem or is there a technique to trimming the fabric? Thanks loved your tutorial. Pretty towel.

A few questions 1. What program did u use to create design? 2. Bc the Satin stitch overlapped the bow and nose is it think, I seen videos wear they don’t overlap the satin stitch. How would you not overlap it?
The heat and bond lite is used to help the fabrics lay flatter and not roll or pucker in your design. I put heat and bond lite on every piece of fabric I use in an applique. I have seen others heat each piece while in the hoop with a small iron, I normally just heat the whole shirt at the end but its just a personal preference.
