This is really super cute and creative!! :) I think these would make wonderful gifts, especially with the holidays coming up!😊💗 watching your videos is both relaxing and inspiring! Have a great weekend!
Unfortunately I do not have an embroidery machine however, I'm still planning on making a hooded towel and mit for my pretty pretty princess and my rough and tumbly boys. Those hooded towels are sewn to last! Thank you.
Thank You! Yes, You can make this without an embroidery machine and if you don't need the lining to cover the backing of the embroidery on the hood you only need 1/2 the hand towel and you can cut out the sewing down the center and around the hood edge.
Hi, awesome idea. Love your videos your so precise and just so clear on all your videos. Thank you, for taking the time to bring a creative moment into each and everyone of us! What size hoop did you use in your video?
Thank you so much! Glad to hear you loved it. for the crown that was 7.5 X 4.5" I used the 8X9 Mighty hoop and for the castle I used the 8X13 mighty hoop but I could of used the 8X9 hoop
@@Lelesdesigns I recently made your Baby Alive Pyjamas top and bottom. I had to shorten the leg/foot area as the doll I'm sewing for is not quite as long in the legs. The top was a little tricky (those shoulders are so tiny), but I got it done without tears. As I turned it right side out, it became apparent I had not sewn the elastic ends in the bottom sleeves well enough - so I had to open up the side seam of the sleeve enough to fish out the elastics, cut them a little longer and this time make sure they were well stitched. I'm really happy with the jammies. I think the little girl they are for is going to love them :)
Yes, I do love my elna Multi needle. I did a video on it ruclips.net/video/cFq9Qc9CMjo/видео.html I purchased my elna at www.sewingmachinesplus.com/ if you like to purchase though amazon they sell the janome mb4 which is the same exact machine amzn.to/3BqkLv9
I’m always concerned about washing and drying, I have seen, some appliqué come apart or get scraggly. Sometimes the customer doesn’t know how to wash and the towel looks dingy and they want to blame the one, who embroidered I used to put appliqué and monograms on towels. For free as gifts. I stopped, because people still complain about how they turnout after the wash and they got it for free. So can you give me thoughts on how to handle things of that nature? Thank You
did you use heat and bond on the back of the material and then press it to secure it in place. Another reason is some people think they don't need stabilizer and they do. I use 2 tearaway and if the towel is thin I use cutaway.I have not had the problem you have experienced with these steps and my granddaughter has had this wash numerous times in the 2 years she has it.
