Sciatica is extremely painful. I feel for you Allie and being pregnant probably is nerve wracking. Bless you❤😢
Allie I have a tip for you that I like to give to all moms of toddlers. Paint two little dots on the arch of the big toe side of the shoe/boot such that the dots essentially touch when the shoes are on the correct feet. Tell Leo these are kissing dots and they need to be kissing to show that the boots are on the correct feet. You can do the dots with a felt pen or nail polish or whatever. It works like a charm. Little people can learn to match up the dots when they put their shoes on by themself.
I think a girls day out with Allie and Jennifer would be ideal she really deserves a day of fun 100% rock star hands on Aunt/Sitter. She really does a lot to help him learn and the kindness shows all the time with her happy smile interacting with everyone. I'm sure the guys could help watch Leo for a few hours. 😀 You girls go have some fun. Keep Smiling Jennifer your awesome!

I must say that is beautiful ductwork. I love to see people like Dean who are masters at what they do. Leo is an example of a child that has people who engage with him and don't spend all their time on a cell phones. he is so lucky to have a great aunt and parents.

I struggled with sciatica during me pregnancies and an osteopath did wonders for me. Leo looks so cute using his big teddy sat up to read.
It might be good to insulate the kids' bedrooms, for when the baby cries, you know? Just a thought...great work, you all!

Allie, I can imagine your adventure on the slippery road with Leo in the car was terrifying. The tension from that might have been what triggered the sciatica. There are relief exercises, but I’m sure you already know them. You guys are an inspiration!!!

My husband was in Salt Lake City for work, and he went up to the ski lodges..He came home and talked about living there in the mountains, Well, my answer was 'Oh Hell No' !

My dad had issues with his sciatica!! He was told to get in a pool up to his neck and walk!! After a week of doing that he felt so much better!!❤️🇨🇦❤️🇨🇦❤️

@@juanitasellshouses my dad is not the type of guy to even go to a doctor. The doctor sent him to physical therapy who was the one who told him to get into a pool. If he says it worked then it did!! Wishing you all the best!!❤️🇨🇦❤️🇨🇦❤️

Leo with the clock! Telling time on a clock is something my junior high students lost somewhere around 2014. Kids just do not know, or want to try learning, analog time anymore. Next, teach him to use scissors.

I just adore seeing so much of Leo! Isn't he just the cutest, most intelligent 2 year old you've ever seen? Isn't he just the most engaged child. And I sure wish I could have been as good an aunt as his. I did a lot of dancing and acting silly when I could have been teaching them to read a clock. Next time.

Ohw lordy. I just totalled our car yesterday due to a weird hail anomaly. My only thought was, not in another car not another car. Miraculously 7 cars were in the same situation and no cars hit wachother. Only the side rail😊. Stay safe❤

Allie, I just went to the doctor yesterday, because I have been suffering something awful with sciatica. I was put on a steroid. This morning was my first dose, and this is the first day in 3 months I have had no pain.
Not sure if you can take a steroid during pregnancy, but what a relief!
This evening we leave for our seasonal camping. So thankful that right now no pain.
I wish you all the best with your cream that you tried. I do understand how painful that is.

I’m pretty sure she can’t take steroids while pregnant, it raises blood sugar. I agree, they do help with pain. Before I go on vacation, I call the doctor for a 10 day supply.

Leo...his antics during your stretching exercises gave me a good laugh! I wonder if Dean misses van life. I find the transition for all of you so interesting. He's now a working man. You all have your refrigerator door full of photos and notes, the Christmas wreath still on the door and another son on the way. Just like every other normal household. Life is a series of stages. Each holds different kinds of challenges and joys. So fun to watch you in this stage of life!
I've been watching your videos for a while now and still am amazed by how much snow you get there. Here I am in lil ole RI complaining about 50 degrees and windy. We have had a lot of rain but very little snow the past two winters, which is fine with me. So great to see your addition coming along. You all work like a well oiled machine 😊

When I was pregnant and I was having back pain, I went to the chiropractor and they really really help me. They have certain tables that your belly will fit into so that they can work on you but find one that doesn’t really pop your back or neck the one I use consistently works with wedges.
I'm impressed at how much work you can all do with so many clothes on. Watching from Australia 🇦🇺 well done!
I would recommend going to a chiropractor, as an adjustment will help tremendously.

People rarely believe me but my babies were counting at 6 months old.👶🏾🤯
When Mom taps her tummy and counts everyday her baby is learning. I also put headphones on my tummy playing classical music during my pregnancy. Children absorb the most during the first five years of life. In kindergarten, my children counted in English and Spanish. When it's consistently made a part of everyday life and learned naturally there's no pressure on the child.
But then...kids go to public school & all your hard work goes out the window.🤷🏾

I'v3e been watching a vlog of a couple that live in New England and Al the farmer just got a power washer to clean overspray on the shop building floor. Anyhow, he also tried out with a quick wash of hos side by side exterior. Worked really well. So now I'm thinking that eventually you'll want to clean off your trucks and equipment from all of the mud and winter grime. Next time you all are in town, maybe a future purchase of a power washer could be on the buy list.
