I love what you do with this channel. I started watching vice grip garage, which got me interested in learning about cars and how they work. After that I saw an episode with Derek and Kevin from junkyard digs. After watching junkyard digs for a little bit, I started watching, your channel after watching you and Kevin and your crazy antics. I just want to say that I enjoy what you do and as a totally blind person. I really appreciate the fact that you’re not afraid to go into detail about what it is you’re doing. by the way, I haven’t finished the holy goat playlist yet, but I’m working on it. So far, I love every minute.
More please. I have a 1972 LTD (factory) convertible that my Dad bought new. It is all original except I put new wheels and tires on it to get rid of the whitewall tires and hub caps. I need to do the rear brakes and get it out and drive it some. Oh and it has a tow hitch on it he put on back in probably '73 to tow a boat. Now that was a sight. I learned to drive in that car when I was 12 and now it is my car. My youngest daughter (21) wants it when I die. I told her I was going to be buried in it and she said she would dig it up. LOL I'm just happy she likes the car. How many 21 year old girls in 2023 would like a 1972 LTD?
That last question is a good one. My question is: Would a restored old Ford LTD be a chick magnet nowadays as long as it no longer looks like an Uncle Buck Express? Probably.
Loving the work y'all are doing to the roadster LTD. Really goes to show you don't need a crazy restoration budget to have fun with a neglected classic car.
People say lol all the time, but the fuel tank situation actually made me laugh. Between that and the ball joint grease, I don't know which was better.
You in the hat, smoking in the Roadster cruising down the highway reminds me of that scene in Smokey and the Bandit when Buford T Justice and his son rip the top off after driving under the rig trailer.

My dad was a auto mechanic by trade. But every so often he would do auto body work and paint. My brother and I would get the job of masking off the cars. We really liked working with our dad. That was over fifty years ago but some great memories. Thanks guys. Good luck with your project.
Love your channel it’s not all about the bells and whistles it’s just about putting great old car’s back on the road they just don’t make them like that anymore. great stuff please keep it up 👍🏻
I watch several revival channels and you are truly one of the most entertaining and pretty funny, plus much more real life and relatable content. Keep up the good work.
Dalton you and your brother did a great job on this 1972 Ford LTD car by showing it some love ,plus the Budget friendly paint job makes this car look even better so keep up the great work on her 😃😃🇺🇸🇺🇸💪💪💪👍👍👍👍
This is my favorite so far. Breaking the filter off in the carb. CLASSIC!!!.. THEN THE smoke show when it started ... I was cracking up. Too REAL ....😂
Another fine mess with Stan and Ollie starring in this episode of pole barn garage😂 The unblocking of the carb with a smoke hanging above was the highlight for me🫣 Excellent entertainment as always 👍🏼🇬🇧

16:09 Fun story, my first vehicle was a 1976 F150 with the 5.9l 360 2 barrel, farm truck I bought for 300 bucks when I was 14 (I'm 22 now). It had sat for 15-20 years in a cow field till I dragged it home to my dads garage, got it running and drove it thru highschool. it had barely any compression or oil pressure, would barely run half the time. Well once upon a time me and a buddy had stopped at an autozone so I could waste an egregious amount of money topping off every single fluid it leaked/burnt/puked every time I drove anywhere. And my dumb teenager ass cranked the hell out of that filter and of course it broke off, so long story short we were stranded in that autozone parking lot for something like 8 hours tryna fix it and eventually had it flat bedded back home where I rigged it together with a tube of seal-all gas resist glue. No joke i drove around with the fuel line glued in to that cheapo chinesium motorcraft 2150 knockoff for at least a year and a half before my neighbor had to help me chisel the threaded part out. I finally just bought a remanned autolite carb and put a hose fitting with a clear filter instead. Brought back some memories seeing that filter snap off lol keep up the good vids I appreciate the commitment to REAL budget wrenching on old shitboxes, especially the LTD content makes me wanna get back to work on my 69 galaxie. peace from NC

Big difference Dalton, not too shabby! My brother had one of these, same brown color and a convertible. Was a monster floaty boat!!! It somehow had that spray foam stuff in the gas tank and would plug up the filter!
Great Job on that Ford LTD, I fell in love with LTD and other Fords as a young boy Scout. My scoutmaster had one and I always volunteered to wash his car for free. Clint Eastwood movie Magnum Force had a beautiful Ford LTD in it and my uncle went out the next week and bought one exactly, like in the movie.

I think your brother is hilarious like you and hope he does more videos with you. I've passed cops driving obvious heaps that should have been in a junkyard when I was younger and never got pulled over. My friends joked it was only because my car was too much paperwork or it was close to shift change so they ignored me. Whatever the reason, I was happy to have never got a beat down by a cop for driving a rolling accident waiting to happen.
I'd call that a read neck Spyder! Classy! Weld in a sheet of steel over the back seat and you're in! Better rigidity too! Keep the back seat installed for the passenger who is not able to sit upright...
Nice paint job Kevin. You're a real ace! I liked the original brown color, but you've made the LTD look better with the red paint job. This car deserves a customized white vinyle convertible top on it, in order to make it look more complete. Thank you! Johnny, Montreal, Canada
Dalton, ive had great success with swapping a mater cylinder (after its bench blead) and then pressing the calipers back in so it pushes the air up and out of the lines. Then when you start pumping the brakes it just puts fluid back into the lines.
Tires, brake pads, alternator, fuel filter, fire extinguisher, nitrous plate to go under the 2100, open element breather, fully custom by cutting holes in the factory Ford breather surround, custom fitted roof tarp, and most importantly, chrome spray paint for the windshield header. Get it.
I had an 84 Subaru that I drove until the piston shot out of the rear caliper. A quick twist in and new pads and back on the road for another 1000 miles then install the 2 pads. WHAT A CAR.
To all those people that say "I love patina"......It only cost $65 to paint an entire car. So, grab some tractor paint and a 12 pack!!!

Dalton, ive had great success with swapping a mater cylinder (after its bench blead) and then pressing the calipers back in so it pushes the air up and out of the lines. Then when you start pumping the brakes it just puts fluid back into the lines.
I subscribed and it was the best 52:33 seconds I spent doing anything all day. 😊
Excellent vlog. Especially about 8.00 minutes,,Daltons face when the car took off backwards and he couldn't stop it immediately 😂.....

WHAT A CAR.
