  • Ford’s five-liter Coyote V8 is a wildly popular engine choice, but for certain vehicles using the second generation Coyote engines, the charge motion control valves (Ford’s IMRC system) can malfunction when the actuating rod seizes in place. This failure requires a complete (and expensive) intake manifold replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement manifold from the dealer will still be prone to rusting and seizing along the steel actuating rod.
Dorman’s OE FIX Coyote intake manifold is a smarter solution with a fully stainless actuating rod for reliable and rust-free operation. The OE FIX manifold is also affordable because it allows the installer to reuse expensive sensors, diaphragms, and hoses from the original manifold.

When are you going to release one for the ford 6.2 motors with the loud tick from failed intake runner control flaps. They can’t be serviced and go for $1,000 a piece seems like a good opportunity there if you guys can make something. No aftermarket support for the manifold yet.
