    Feints are really good i suggest do it with non domaint arm and what not good set up for punches,kicks, elbows ect.

    I would add that feints are specially good if you want to save your breath/energy. So if you are on the third round of a fight it would be good to change the pace and hit more your opponet with feints while giving "less kicks and punches"

    thoughts on using the first seconds to get them used to blocking for basic technique and once they think they know we are going for kick A, we start switching it up?

    i think u forgot the importance of actively training your oppontent to a fake. say hitting 2-3 times the same target and then doing the fake.
