Part 3 should be about how to properly block kicks. I get into this argument all the time in forums that the down block is useless because a kick is stronger than your arm. But in my experience:
    1) With a front kick, you're not blocking in the direction of power, so it's very easy to knock it off kilter.
    2) With a roundhouse kick, you don't block the foot, you block the thigh, and so you're not catching the kick at it's most powerful spot.

I personally wouldn’t low block a kick. If someone punches me low, like in the hips or something than I will low block. But for a kick I would do a Muay Thai leg check.

Another thing is do not block spinning kicks.

Daniel Skrivan the way I see it the low block is not for kicks but it’s met for low punches like to the hips or groin

I want to ask you how can I increase power and strength in my legs because whenever I do a kick or flip, I can't make a higher jump like in backflip, I can't jump higher to do the flip completely and because of this I landed wrong and got pain in my knee and had to rest for a week. Any suggestions? ❤
