Definitely the best evanescence songs are always the non singles. From TOD singles it would be hard to know all these jewels of songs the rest of the album has, same has happend in each record. If you ever wanna listen to their heavy or darker side of them I would like for you to react to any of these songs (or all of them lol)

Most didn't like Lose Control. I thought is was one of the best pieces on The Open Door. It was Amy thrown the kitchen sink at a song. If she did it in a song she did it in this one. Everything was used. A great piece of music. Was it a great song? Who knows. Greats songs are not always great music. Lose Control was great music.

aah so underrated! I'm so glad you enjoyed it. and yeah no, evanescence has always had some real heavy music! it just so happens that their most popular songs aren't I think that's why it catches people by surprise when they dig deeper. to be honest, I think the heaviest or most gothic/eerie song they have is "lies", which is older than fallen! check it out if you get a chance it's also sooo good :DD

Yay!!! Thank you for reacting to this one, such an underrated song. It’s one of my all time favorites, but then again, The Open Door is to me the perfect Evanescence album.
Next one should be Weight of the World, and if you could react to the live version from Rock am Ring 2007 too it would be awesome. Weight of the World is such a banger as well.
The creepiest on the album being Snow White Queen, Lose Control and The Only One. Also Sweet Sacrifice is very metal-y. lol You see? Love every song on that album.

Great reaction! It’s so fun to see you enjoy the ride of all these songs for the first time the way I did! Then I also learn more about the songs especially the technical aspects of the rock/metal. Terry co-wrote Open Door with her. He had a stroke from head banging (heavy dread locks) and ultimately left the band after self-titled toured. The album Open Door was written when she was breaking up with the lead singer of Seether. Thank you for the reaction! You made my night. ❤️❤️❤️
