My coach says the way to improve cardio is just to roll more, but idk
That's true. But there is stuff you have to do OUTSIDE the gym too
Yeah. Diet and stretching have helped. I don't have time for much else though

I can only go through 4 5 minute rounds before my muscles are worn out and I’m gassed
This is probably a dumb question, but should I stop smoking cigars an drinking whiskey if I want to improve my cardio?
