  • Watch a demonstration of common mistakes during the Correctional Officer Physical Ability Test (COPAT). The COPAT test is offered at MacEwan University Sport and Wellness and evaluates your capacity to meet the physical demands of Correctional Services work. It is the occupational assessment used by the Solicitor General of Alberta in selecting candidates applying to Correctional Peace Officer positions.

HI, you have 3 minutes, 20 seconds to complete the course. Then you have up to 30 seconds rest before beginning the torso bag carry, which is not timed. We have a course to help prep people for taking the test: www.macewan.ca/wcm/CampusServices/SportandWellness/Fitness/AssessmentTesting/index.htm
