If you want to hit the slopes pain-free, Optimize’s physiotherapist Courtney Von Wackerbarth explains how to prevent injury with a few simple, yet super-effective, physio exercises to help you before and after your day of skiing or snowboarding.
    The best part? They can all be done at home! With minimal equipment, together these exercises can help strengthen and stretch your glutes and quads:
    · Monster walks (0:24)
    · The “couch” stretch (1:17)
    · Quads and glutes foam-rolling (2:14)
