MaJic Carpet Rebuild Update 8

This is the latest installment of the progress on MaJic Carpet. The hull has now been fully dried out, either by drying the balsa or by replacement of the balsa core. Several other project have moved ahead as well including hatch replacement, new companiion way hatches and port lights.
The push is now on to get the hull below the waterline fully sealed up and glassed over. This step will be followed by fairing these surfaces.
I am now getting ready for fall and winter. Projects will be moving into the cabin and back the shop. There is work to be done in the forward cabin area, finishing the sole and lots of electrical work.
One of the upcoming shop projects will be a new rudder, so stay tuned.
