  • On the final day of our journey we leave Burnt Island Lake relatively early and proceed to Canoe Lake passing through Main Street portage along the way. While the waterways and portages are busier, the friendliness of the people we meet and the beauty of the scenery continues.

Thank-you (it really was one of my better dismounts eh - :) ). Luke and I are thinking about doing a Part 9 that wraps up the trip in an interview format. Allows us to fill in the three or four story lines that unfortunately went untold due to lack of video footage to use to connect them. Do you have any particular questions that you would love to hear us answer? (open invite to anyone else reading this - leave a comment if you have a question to answer too)

Just back from March break vacation and come home to this last day video. Loved it and my juices are flowing for the 2022 paddling and camping season! Can’t wait for ice out and another Jamie and like trip!!

Welcome back! Sounds great! The real question is how many Jamie Days we need to plan this time! (evil grin)

It truly is, even on the cloudy, rainy, overcast kind of days. On this day there was a mix of everything with the bonous being that blue sky near the camp and loon! Thanks for watching and commenting!

Nice trip guy's, I agree with Morgan's comment. Always nice to here a trip recap again, personal highlights/lowlights, things that worked well and anything you might change. Something else you would bring or something you brought but never used?
