I'd say where I live the average price per month is 10,000 J to 13,000 J .for brand new. 2-3 bedrooms unfurnished. I ,myself if I'm getting an apartment would rather not having other people's stuff.. that being said.. I live in a student apartment fully furnished paying 65.00$ per month with other roommates.

For the furnished, no more than 20,000.. you got the American price .
