So! That bird saw me out this morning and approached me 3yrs and 1week from the time I walked in on him with another woman. That’s what I needed to finally walk away for good. And that BIRD strut over and asked this morning ,”would you have time to talk sometime?” I turned and looked at him, said “um” and a friend walked up to say hi and I focused my attention on her. He stood there for awhile and finally walked away. GOD IS GOOD! first with showing me what I needed to walk away, then with strengthening me as I heal, and now for interrupting his Hoover. Ha ha! I was going to say “I don’t think there is anything left to say. I’d prefer not.” But God let the narc hanging. You are so right, they do not like to be ignored. Be blessed all and keep your heads up!
I take no credit for healing or moving on. I said, "Jesus, if you get me out of this and deliver me from these feelings and heartache, I won't go back." 1st i had to block him... Then the next day Every thing started to lift off of me. Jesus is my best friend and will be yours, too. He said we have not because we ask not. Tell him what you need... God already knows but wants you to confide and trust in him. He came to set the captives free and that means people dealing with narc abuse as well.

After I cut the narc off and pulled the power grid, because of the triangulation, the narc went into destabilization. He spiraled into a shell of himself and became violently angry and unrecognizable he had a demon like appearance. Unfortunately his life ended because he became reckless and refused to listen to wise counsel.
I tried to warn the new supply before I left, but she had already been love bombed and headed into the devaluation stage and didn' it know. He talked bad about her to me trying to get back the fuel he was draining from me, claiming she was too young and stupid for him to have any interest in her. He actually told me i was was being paranoid, insecure and very immature for recognizing the truth. Gaslighting on level 10. She(we) had to learn for herself(ourselves) because my name had already been smeared and she thought I was the crazy, evil, bitter one.
That is a hard lesson to learn when we open that door to ungodly soul ties.
But GOD !!!
That narc encounter made me run to God after that traumatic situationship and I pray she does too 🙏🏾.

Amen I just got out of a 3 year marriage to an abusive narc husband who kept yo-yoing back and forth with me and his ex baby mama. I took him back after he cheated twice and each time he came back more aggressive verbally and then it turned physical now he’s out. He’s been out 30 days and he already tried to come back once and I made him leave no more of that for me..
He put hisself in that boat so float
He will cheat on the new person to.she will regret it.most of them want younger women to control.
I don't want someone who will affect my mental health and wellbeing
I don't want someone who love me only when it's convenient for them
I don't want someone who will treat me like an option because they are not ready to love!
Also I will always cherish my peace and solitude because I know there's something wrong with society because nothing is fair and equal!

I’m so glad I’m at the point that I can laugh. A year or 2 ago hearing all this was shocking and hurtful once I finally understood what was going on. Now realizing how ridiculous the behavior is, I find my self cracking up laughing about it.
It’s evil how they mentally brainwash you when you’re in confusion to what’s happening. But once you wake up and recognize what they do and how they operate it’s so pathetic it’s laughable. Part of me laughs because now that I’m not confused when they label me and try to call me all these names I just hear confessions and their own personality and it’s like really I was that ignorant to not recognize they were just describing their own selves and pinning it on me!?! It’s so lazy. Also it’s funny that they are trying to tell you things that would be the most hurtful things that they can say to you, because that would truly be the most hurtful thing that someone could say to them because it’s TRUE.

These are FACTS! I dumped him and he rushed into marriage with a girl 20 years younger. I wished him well and said goodbye. He has tried to Hoover me for 14 years the most recent was 2 months ago, after 14 years of NO CONTACT. It’s hilarious because he knows me well enough to know I never put up with the crap and will never contact him try as he may!

My ex narc has literally just told one of his family members that he feels stuck and the new supply is killing him slowly😅 Wishing he could have me back in his life which will NEVER manifest but this is sooo confirming!! I know for a fact he is with the new supply thinking he was gonna use her to get over me and it’s not working. Instead of him taking time to heal and seek therapy he jumped right into something else. Just crazy
Sounds exactly like my story. Ten years with my ex and treated me amazing first 8 years then boom caught cheating with someone he dated for a month in high school! Lmao. She was obsessed with him he claimed …but she knew all about me. He kept leaving to play wit her then begged me ten times to come back. Foolish me let this happen bc I loved him that much! He said the last time I want to marry you. You are the one always have been you’re my best friend and soulmate - I left. I couldn’t trust him anymore and didn’t believe anything he said. Very sad and I’m still struggling although he ran back to that person he is messaging me (even though he blocked me from his phone only) he said he misses me and thinks about me and it makes him very sad. Why? You’re with her and you’ve been on a vacation already - messaged me for my birthday the minute they returned from her family trip to attend a wedding ! Why do they do this?
Why bother with me now? MessAges here and there after three months of a break up. I will never understand.
I hope he does exactly to her what he did to me. She is a snake too. Made up lies about me to him to secure her place haha they deserve each other! Karma is real and I don’t feel one ounce bad for that-she knew about me and she was so pathetic. He said she’s just a puppet. A “filler”. My husband in three years did the same thing less than a week. He was back with his ex baby mama and their child within 30 days. He was back at my door, trying to come home, but then he went back up to the new supply, the ex baby mama because she controls him through the child by saying if he stays with me, he will never see his child again the baby mama drama I’m finally free it. I’ve dealt with it for three years. God is healing me with a lot of supporters new friends. I am just blessed right now that I seen the light he will never change.

My ex cheated on me bc I set boundaries for her to stop being disrespectful, week later she cheated and claimed to moved on with her coworker, turns out he has a green card and was making money for his family in Mexico.. she pregnant and she still tryin to make me mad but I'm happy we both are alive. But she made her bed now she has to lie in it..
Real talk they might as well be happy for me as i am for them. My life is soooooo much better. I have peace instead of drama. I have joy instead of sorrow and more than that God could not bless me the way He wanted to until i removed them from my life. His blessing makes rich and adds no sorrow. God wants me to have His best because I deserve it.
Truth! I hadnt saw the narc for 4 years. He married the NS that has an only fans. Lol! Our child invited him to my home, behind my back, for a "Father's" day picnic. He showed, although he tried to have his "wife" drop him off and pick him up. I shut that down, real quick. I am 100% HEALED & THRIVING! Anyway, he and his daughter had the picnic. 30 minutes. He came and sat on the back deck with me and my girls after. My girls are doing so good. One is an aprentice at the funeral home. One was just licensed in cosmetology. I have opened 2 more businesses since he left. He made the comment of how well l am doing. Talking about all my high dollar vehicles in the driveway. Anyway, he started crying while sitting on the back deck! I guess that was when it hit him. He walked away from living like a king, to eating generic cereal. I wish him no harm. I wish him no good. I dont like him. I dont hate him. I NOTHING him! But....l did get a little gratification from that. GOD forgive me! He also looks run down, bad! He smelled of mildew. After l told him he could not bring the woman to my home, He told me that he had looked forward to having that picnic with his daughter for too long to let anybody ruin it. He would make other arrangements and drive himself. Lol! The NS knows!!! She isn't dumb. She showed out on him, l am sure!

That’s amazing T, he remarked on all of the places and things that I showed him. Imagine living in a place your whole life and not exploring the different cultures and venues? 😅 He truly lacked a real personality and he latched on to everyone he met. It was unhealthy, he had a so called GodBrother that dogged him out every chance he got, yet he still honored him in every way. He thought he would check me but not him? I let him know the deal. He went back to his ex wife. Told me he was never in love with her and promised me the world and when I questioned why he wasn't keeping his word to me he gave me the silent treatment, which had been done so many times that I lost my mind. Then had that all used against me for the hundredth time saying that I'm the one to blame for everything. Been a month of no contact now and I will never go back cause I see it for what it is. Lies lies lies against a woman that tried to give him everything. I chose myself this time and will never be in this situation again.
