The narc tried reaching out to me after 3 years NC, even though he's still with NS he cheated on me with! He's been sending me flowers, apology card, gifts, etc. Although I had NS blocked, out of curiosity I looked at her FB and she's looking rough! Looks like she's aged 10 years in 2. NS rubbed it in my face when I discovered his double life. She couldn't stop posting "happy" pictures of them and acted like she was the prize. Oh how I wish I could let her know he's been trying to get back in my life, but I figure she's currently in the devalue stage so I'd just rather let the narc continue to devalue her and make her life a living hell like she/they did mine.
Keep your head up beautiful. He is not a permanent part of GOD'S purpose for your life. And the little flussy...oh her karma ia just around the bend. Let's just pray that it won't be her friend, sister...or mother. They getting wilder by the millisecond. Sending love and light your way. ❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Thank you so much, I was in a relationship with a Narcissist for 14 yrs. 7 years in prison I did everything he promised me a new life. Once he was released things were good up and till 1 yr ago when I found out he was cheating and had a baby on me. He kept it away for three months. Even named the kid after himself, The other woman knew all about me she did not care. She thinks she’s winning because we couldn’t have kids together , so this is his first kid. I feel so betrayed, hurt and angry it’s been almost 5 months after I let him go and it feel good. No more stealing from me to support the other scammer woman and kid.

My ex couldn't sleep through the night. I always thought it was his guilty concience keeping him awake.
Last year on the 25th of April, he wanted to get back together. We had been together off and on for 11 years. I declined his offer. April 5th of this year, he married his new supply. 😆

I listened to this video today 13 months after I got devalued, everything you said is true. Karma came immediately to the narc months after. Now they are both suffering. He reached out today saying they're in struggling situation. I did not respond.

Needed this message today! Been depressed being single and on my own, thinking about how he's married and playing daddy her kid while he did ours so bad. He lost his job because of the affair he had on me with his employee but managed to get a new good one. Just seems like he bounces back and from the outside, and yes those pictures, he seems to have it all again. While I'm still trying to pick up the pieces of my life. But I know he's a miserable soul, always has been. I just have to keep reminding myself that my pictures looked good during those years too, but ain't nothing was happy behind the closed doors.
It's only a matter of time my dear, his payback will come I know mine will come in due time, mine seems to be doing well this new supply is spending money on him and they are on vacation and he's flaunting her while I'm still working on building back my self esteem. You know what? I had been thinking back on that too because for the most part my ex made sure to come up off that money. However, that was another tactic too. I'm glad I had/have my own anyway.
Mines was giving too then eventually I paid for like food or gifts for his bday or something. But he was giving that's what blind sided me because he was giving immediately without me ever asking.

When I dumped my Narc after 18 years he went all out to find a new supply, he made a desperate pick and he moved quickly promising her the world. They were splashed over social media, this was all very upsetting for our son. I never reacted and he was livid. It lasted 8 weeks he went crazy on her, she contacted me trying to make sense of his behaviour. He has said terrible things about her, apparently she’s been ok from the neck down, his words!! They are still playing the push and pull game, he has his new toy to pick up and destroy when he needs his fix. I am well out of it all, free!! It’s great entertainment!

1. She/he is just a transition to discard the spouse
2. She/he will not be worth it, the narcissist will think "I didn't leave my family for an ordinary imperfect person like you"
3. Narcissist will be disappointed that he/she replaced the perfect one (Grade A supply) with an imperfect one
4. Narcissists don't care about happiness, because they are not used to it due to a lack of contentment and emptiness.
5. They only want the best version of you on the new supply. Their expectation with new supply is high and it will pressure the supply!

I needed to hear this video. Narc ghosted my baby today after promising he would see him and have a talk with me about our coparenting relationship. Never called, othing. Last year he discarded my child for his new supply. It's cool, God does NOT like ugly, and narc AND his new supply will get theirs, especially narc for hurting my baby. I'm pissed, but God will get me thru this. It hurts that someone I thought was my best friend for decades would play me like this, play my child like this.

I am sure he was cheating on me and l questioned him about it and next day he said l was toxic because my thought process was very wrong and he didn’t like that about me! Mine apparently had a life threatening event and had to have four surgeries and then had a car accident. Needed a caretaker and no one wanted to help. Karma baby!!

Wow you are right!!!!!!!!!!! I have encountered 2 and both did. I had a “friend” with a sob story contact me after a year after she discarded me. Me being an empath/giver, I took her in when she called me saying she was suicidal and asked could she stay with me…. I didn’t want to, but I was afraid she would….
first 3 weeks I see and hear so many weird things 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 I start to pull away… she stayed 2 months and I tell her this isn’t working out and she needs to find a new place to stay. Instead of humility and thankfulness, she responds in anger. (Entitled). She originally wanted to stay another 4 months. Then said she needed 6 weeks. Absolutely not!!!!
A week before she left I found this topic and now everything makes sense.
When I told her, all stress left my body, I stopped clenching my teeth at night and I could sleep like a baby again.
She is a Christian and very religious, but boy does she have ALLLLLLLLLL the signs of a Covert Narcissist. The grandiosity is still there, but it’s religious.
I gave her 2 weeks notice and she left at the very last minute. (Passive aggressive) She gave me the silent treatment in the final week (silent rage) wrote an eloquent text how she needed silence while she moved (I should not speak with her) (maintaining control and dominance) so she didn’t want to communicate with me. Yet left me a passive aggressive religious quote note for me to find (hypocrite).
What a ride. I am leaving a lot out. God protected me the whole time and I gained so so so so much out of this experience. I lost the fear of man. I learned to stop being codependent. That I’m not responsible for anyone else except myself and family. That I can’t save anymore, because I’m not God. To trust Him with people and it’s OK to let them go/cut them loose. I almost want to thank her. And more things I haven’t listed. (Oh!!! And reminded me people can’t be trusted!!!! Be as wise as a snake God said! Stop being so naive!). And to stop idolizing people. I believe I am finally cured 🤣 God really does work out all good for those who love Him!
She faked the joy of the Lord. 🤦🏻♀️ She was always sullen. These people have evil spirits dominating them like puppets and only the real power of God (absent in majority of churches) can deliver them.
The saddest thing is that they are in churches. Anyhoo, I am convinced there needs to be trainings on this topic for every single man, woman and child, so we know how to handle it! And our children don’t marry them. Or our friends.

You are so very very right about the narcissist sleeping 20 minutes....my ex falls to sleep during day hours when normal people are at jobs and living life...and while I was sleep at night..here his miserable ass up at 3 am sharp...and often...the same time..every other night...3 on the nose. He IS Satan's child and he on him at bewitching hours. Dropped his ass and not looking back

@@goodmorningsundaymorning4533 I am on my walk with GOD, though I am not perfect I live right. He would start at 3 am most mornings. Once or twice it's a few minutes after..but I noticed it was always around 3 am which signifies a demonic thing. I think of him from time to time but I allowed my heart to break so my soul could heal. This was in 2020. Haven't seen him since. Really weird how time flies. It sure doesn't seem that long ago. I can tell you one thing when I would start missing him...the person he was in the beginning...I just think back on the worst days and I get him out of my head fast. A draining experience at best. I thank GOD daily for my mental strength because I know plenty of women who think that is love and are stuck in toxic and emotionally abusive relationships. I see it daily. I won't tolerate it. I don't do any form of drama or toxicity.

Made me feel like I was the one who was overthinking, over reacting and ruing the realationship . We had been together for years . I caught him with his new supply and he acted like nothing was wrong and that I was crazy . And he even called the cops on me , they both stood in the front yard while my car was repoed n I was taken to jail . That hurt to the core
