    I tried. Even after reading comments, I tried, but it's near impossible to see what she's doing, and her explanation is lacking. The hat is cute tho.

    It’s a beautiful hat but it’s a bit difficult to follow exactly the pattern, i tried but on row 5 you can’t see where she inserted the hook even if i slow down the speed of the video.

      This is adult size,if you want xl size you need to add more stitches.

      @@nazan8406 Hello! The pattern is quite complicated for me to identify where i can add more stitches to make the top of the hat wider, could you help me how?

    wish I had watched this The whole way through before starting this project because I'm extremely frustrated because I'm on the 5th row, ripped out 5 times now because I can't follow where she is placing the front and back posts. I've completed extremely difficult projects and i won't give up but I really can't follow the tutorial it is so confusing to me.

    • @scottpeters8450

      I have to edit my post... After writing down the directions she was right the confusion cleared and I was able to make a hat that looks quite similar but not perfect. If my early post seemed rude, I do apologize.

      stop the video. the gear icon will appear. click on the gear icon, a box will appear. look for video speed, click on that. i slowed it down to .5 and could easily follow where she was placing hook. hope that helps.

      Hi! This is a "Trapper" style hat. If you google Trapper Hat, you'll see images of this type of hat. That is meant to be more of a fold down visor for snow and rain in original Trapper hats. ;o)

    • @sherriatsavinh4995
      @sherriatsavinh4995 2 года назад
