This was overall a really decent review of that helmet.
I got this helmet "free" as an incentive to buy my 23 Fat Boy.
I JUST RECENTLY STUMBLED on that dark shade that comes down a couple of days ago, and I've had the helmet for a little over a year now!
I ride the bike in to work and while looking at it, noticed the little slide button that I never paid attention to before, if I even saw it, and was pleasantly shocked by it!
One thing that showed up, real briefly, in your video that you omitted, (because it's not particularly obvious when just looking at the helmet), is the fact that the dark top, while appearing to be black, is actually a nice deep burgundy with sparkles in it!
I didn't realize that initially either. I happened to set the helmet on a tabletop in my backyard last year, and the sun hit it - and OH MY GOD!!!! It made me see the helmet totally differently! I got more appreciation for the beauty of it!
That is actually a truly good looking helmet!
Your review however, helped to make it even more so!
I didn't notice the slots for glasses, nor did I realize the space to insert a Bluetooth earpiece!
(I guess it pays to read the manual - as I'm sure it's all in there).

And BTW, that's actually a VERY NICE protective carrying bag that you just threw to the side, as well!
I'm a new rider and the Fat Boy was my first bike, fresh out of the MSF course, so perhaps most helmets do come with such a bag.
I had the '22 Midnight Crimson and Vivid Black paint scheme put in my bike and like yours, though a little moreso, the helmet matches the bike amazingly well!
I do put my helmet back in the bag when I'm not riding and wearing that helmet. I did but a different helmet to use during the training class (that didn't come with such a bag), then before the bike was delivered, bought a burgundy and black Harley-Davidson helmet, hoping to match the helmet with the bike. I must honestly say, though I've used/tried them all, that 120th Anniversary Edition has been my main choice when riding.

I called my dealer and the rep did a dealer inventory search and found one in my size in less than a day. Shipped to my dealer and then me in two days. Good luck.

@@HeCoversMeI went with an XXL also. As a new rider, I originally bought a cheap, Large, Adult DOT-approved helmet at Walmart to use for my training course. It fits, but it's not modular and I do have black diamond gold stud earrings in, so it hurts to put it on and take it off.
In the class, I tried everything from a medium to an XXL. Between the padding and the chin strap, I could get them all to fit pretty comfortably.
The padding in this helmet makes my head feel quite secure in it and though I could fit all of the helmets from L, XL and XXL, I don't think I have a particularly large head. I always open the modular portion to put the helmet on and take it off. I'll have to go back and see what size the measurement guides ended up recommending. But I like the fit of the XXL best.

I have this exact helmet but in flat black. I’ve had it for two years, wear it in rain or cold weather. It’s a nice helmet. I have a Bluetooth setup for it that works fine, but I don’t use it anymore since I got the Streetglide. My helmet was right around $100. Curious what the Harley tacked on for the paint?
When I looked and compared the current pricing it was less than 100 additional for the Anniversary Branded Helmet. So far I am pleased with jt. Thanks for the comment and for watching 🤙

So can you connect this helmet to your phone for music etc ? Or do you have to have BOOM audio?
There are no speakers in the helmet but it has some indentations that are supposed to accommodate some Bluetooth speakers. I have a Sena setup in my other helmet that would probably work but I don't want to move it back and forth between helmets. I may get another setup sometime but for now I will just wear my Arai helmet if I want sound. Thanks for the comment and for watching 🤙

Okay, Okie. This is getting ridiculous. Three videos of yours so far, and every one we bought the same stuff. They're still in the boxes at the moment. Curious to know what you did about bluetooth.
I haven't done anything with bluetooth in my new helmet yet. Since I have an Arai helmet rigged up I think I'll probably get some other parts before spending $ on another setup. I really don't want to switch back and forth between helmets. Dang, it got cold here. Gonna be on the 20's tomorrow. I have some other new parts for the bike and may tinker with those if I can pull myself away from football on TV, lol. Thanks again for the comments and for watching 🤙
