      its nice but some more info and ways to channelise mind is needed. Mind keeps flowing with thoughts during meditation and is a real devil. Maybe some techniques to overcome this would be of help.

    My biggest downside in thinking always comes when I wake up and my mind starts racing and I want to go back to sleep more than anything but my mind jumps from different thoughts & memories that leave me worried and anxious. This is where I suffer the most besides feeling sad and alone because of how my family & my last remaining friends don't seem to know how to show or care about others feelings. I come from a double sided narcissistic family where Im the outcast in the DNA and get left out and neglected because of my caring heart for others that seems to offend or make my family uncomfortable because they only think the world revolves around them and what's happening in their lives. We all have a natural selfishness, but I do feel that humans also have the ability to care and understand but alot of pple feel vulnerable to show their softer emotions. I don't have a problem being sympathetic and caring for others that are apart of my life. 🌷🕊️😌

    I am so grateful I came across this. I am experiencing mental loop of thoughts, all of a sudden, feeling faithless in things and people around, all alone. But having watched this video, I am hopeful to completely detox my mind with whatever is suggested, and get back to my life and my people with joy and happiness, as I was before.

    Very true pointers ma’am!! For me things started organically with point 4 or Bhakti ..and then moved to meditation, it is so true that people do not give any value to meditation, they call it a waste for time, I have started it 2 years back but started doing regularly from last year , I am definitely soooo very calm , in any situation I have started to be calm take time and then action, and then after these the hobbies point, it came very recently, I have started doing gardening and interested in other things, it does help in keeping mind busy and fresh and not be entangled in our thought. In today’s date, my thoughts do not engulf my mind, which is a big difference I have seen. And all this is a grace I received 🙏

    Have personally experienced that अथर्वशीर्ष helps a lot. In अथर्वशीर्ष फलश्रुती, they have clearly mentioned स विद्यावान भवति - which means those who recite this becomes knowledgeable and स मेधावान् भवति - which means those who recite this will be filled with Megha or retentive capacity of the mind. And why would ancient Rishi munis lie ? ऋतं वच्मि। सत्यं वच्मि. Which means there is some meaning behind this and I have personally experienced that by reciting Atharvashirsha, buddhi becomes sthir and focused.
    Reciting Atharvashirsha has been extremly helpful to me towards my CFA exams and eventuly i cleared by the grace and blessing of god and my Guru.
    Writing this without any selfish motive and based on my personal experience through Guru krupa. 🙏🏻

    I'm literally fed of my life please I can't with this life anymore it literally make me feel so bad that my siblings always get higher approaches and attention whereas me I do everything to make a smile in their face but they doesn't even bother about me. When my elder brother and sister completed THEIR boards they got everything they wanted as gifts ,it's okay I don't want any gifts and anything I'm happy but atleast they could have ask me if iam good they don't even bother me and treat me as I'm no one. It's okay I am happy because they gave birth to me. My spectacles are all blurred and almost impossible to see the objects whenever I ask them to buy me a new glasses they always either refuse or make a way to refuse. Yeah thats fine they might be having financial issues no worries but atleast they should ask me how I feel when everyone with their parents I see enjoy with their child's whereas I got no one to rely on share my thoughts and smile with sometimes I think to leave this worldly matters.
    Please heal me I can't

    I have also started to feel depressed now, i used to be very positive and in still positive but nowadays all in getting is hurt whatever work i do ky co workers take credit for it all i get is their abuse and curse in return i got punished for thing i didn't even do, i fed with all these Nothing is good for me nowadays plus there is someone i loved who is completely changed now .... Im getting hurt for that as well ,no personal support neither mental , tell me a way out please

    I have never failed in life. Right now I failed in Japanese job interviews for 7 times. I lost my confidence just thinking the job interview. I try my best, but I wasn't choosed. That's not life. Even I know, I know my pressure in my family cos of the oldest son. Missing my university's life, at that time I always want to challenge. I have to fight again.

    I was in a very depressive and toxic arrange marriage and now going through divorce process ,which is not yet completed but relatives forced me and my family to get remarriage and now also taunting that I have not married with the person they chosen for me.
    I'm totally shaken with thoughts and things which are coming to me.
    Now I want to restart my life on my own basis, I am post graduate in chemistry and done BEd. I want to restart my career as a teacher. I just hope that I will get success in my life as in personal area and professional area. Please wish Me best of luck. Thank you 😊

    I don't have my mom since kid like when i came in this world then she died i went in India 🇮🇳 because she always come at night to take me with her and few years later i came to my birth place few years later in COVID 19 lockdown my father passed away . It's hard to continue i am studying high school student i don't have any income source and because of study i didn't doing any part-time job so i created RUclips channel for the Hope that i i can get paid from RUclips and then i will buy those things that i needed to full fill my dream. 🍀
