If you are wondering how a stretching routine can help increase your fat burning, then you are asking a very good question since most of us consider stretching to be something we do more to help us with our mobility, flexibility and to loosen sore, stiff muscles. HOWEVER, moving your body increases metabolism and you don't necessarily have to be running 100 mph to BOOST METABOLISM.
The concept behind this FAT BURN FLOW is that by continuously moving through a series of dynamic exercises for 3-4 entire rounds, you will increase your body temperature thereby BOOSTING METABOLISM and that means facilitating FAT BURNING!
The routine is simple. If you need to, practice each move separately till you feel comfortable doing them. Then put them all together into one continuous FAT BURNING FLOW!
Do this along with Coach Brian while he talks you through each movement and how to transition easily from one exercise to the next.

Kim Nguyen do these a few times a day! It's only 3 minutes and super effective.
Hey Kim I think you can definately do this straight out of bed. As Brian mentioned its only 3 minutes. Although if its straight out of bed, I would do these at a slower pace, maybe even extend the time alittle bit and I would do it at the pace of video throughout the day or before a workout.
@@Blueflame252 Got it! Thanks! I know it's just 3 minutes (I'd probably do a few rounds)... Just wanted to be safe and ask if it was ok to do with "cold" muscles straight out of bed. A slower pace sounds good to start the day off with some fat burning!
man this is amazing! I do this in my breaks during pomodoro sessions and i can sit longer and also have no pain, in the back or neck. My productivity levels be thru the roof!

How many times would someone need to do this four minute routine, or is a person only supposed to do it once a day? And how many calories are burned in one four minute routine?
You can do this more than once a day. I would suggest sticking to the 3 minutes, however if you want to add an extra minute, just set your timer for 4 minutes and start repeating the routine.
