@@sauceymiamigaming you download the overlayexpert as a extension on twitch make sure that your using your twitch email when using overlay expert because it need sto zinc with twitch

yes, but if your streaming from counsel you will have to get a custom overlay

makes sure that you are signed in on Overlay Expert with your twitch account, and also, double check if you have added Overlay Expert as a extension on twitch and it is configured as well.
I have a overlay I made using canva and I cant figure out to show my stream over the picture when I try and use my canva picture like im guessing it's not transparent?
Yes correct if it don't show it is not transparent overlay/png overlay.. I suggest that you don't use Canva overlays, or if you do you will have to try to use another program to make it PNG/transparent

Hey Zion when I press save and go back it just says create overly how to fix
When you log into overlay expert with your twitch account, click the top right menu and you will see "my overlays" but you need to be logged in to your twitch streaming account
At 18:32 part of the video, there’s is a part that says “link “ then “Require Twitch Extension” what do I put there? I’m having an issue of my twitch handle name not appearing, and I think it has something to do with that???
“link “ I did not do anything with this one, the Twitch extension means that you need to go to your twitch account and download "Overlay Expert" as an extension
And for your twitch handle, once you you add one. It will come.up as "overlay expert" and not your name but... when you go live on twitch it will replace "overlayexpert" with your twitch name
Dont forget to download the extension on twitch...... when u do click on "overlayexpert" on TWITCH it will ask u to choose the overlays, all of those that youve made as long as you logged into "overlay expert" with you twitch account and saved your work by clicking on the cloud icon ☁

hey Zion I just bought a overlay theme from Overlay Expert, but the borders aren't coming up.. how do I make them show up ?
You need to login in to your twitch account, go to creator dashboard then go to extensions. Once you are there search for "overlay expert" and click install once you've done so click configure and you should be able to see all the overlays they have to offer including the onces youve made and the one that you bought. Click on.choose once you see your overlay and it should be able to come up on stream once you go.live
Idk why it doesn’t let me choose my overlay or any of the presets. And I saved it weird
Maybe its because you need to download and install OverlayExpert on twitch as a extension and then look for the overlay that you made on Overlayexpert and click "choose"
Need some help boss, every time I click sign in, then twitch, it just puts me back onto the overlay home page 🤔😩
make sure that you are first signed in to your twitch account on yourr pc
then click the sign in on "Overlay Expert" and it should be able to ;link your account

2 you need to log in to your twitch channel and download overlay as a extension and set it up

I can't add my animated overlay. It's in an MP4 format.
Hi there I had the same question the simple answer is you can't add an MP4. What you'll have to do is convert your MP4 into a gif file or a webM file and that will contain your audio and video. Sadly GIF only can contain the video with no sound. Personally I haven't found any good free converter for mp4 to webM but there are several good paid ones. Also most modern vide editors can export directly to webM format. Good luck.

Yes it does work, as long as you follow all the steps

Make sure overlay expert is a extension on twitch and it is configured as well, you also need to choose the overlay that you made on the extension on twitch. and the overlay will online appear once you go live on twitch

@@hazztwitch4593 double check that your logged in to overlayexpert with your twitch account, also double check that you have the extension "overlayexpert" on twitch as either panel 1 or panel 2, it needs to be configured. @@zionfp I have the same exact problem as him expect when I go to my channel on my computer it shows the overlays but on a different account it shows nothing of the over lays.
