@@zionfp 1 I did all of that 2 it's still not working I did all of that, saved my overlay, and started the stream but the overlay isn't there, was there an apply button or something I missed on the overlay site?

Yes correct if it don't show it is not transparent overlay/png overlay.. I suggest that you don't use Canva overlays, or if you do you will have to try to use another program to make it PNG/transparent

@@sauceymiamigaming you download the overlayexpert as a extension on twitch make sure that your using your twitch email when using overlay expert because it need sto zinc with twitch

Hi there I had the same question the simple answer is you can't add an MP4. What you'll have to do is convert your MP4 into a gif file or a webM file and that will contain your audio and video. Sadly GIF only can contain the video with no sound. Personally I haven't found any good free converter for mp4 to webM but there are several good paid ones. Also most modern vide editors can export directly to webM format. Good luck.

Go to stream manager and scroll down to extensions and type it there

Make sure overlay expert is a extension on twitch and it is configured as well, you also need to choose the overlay that you made on the extension on twitch. and the overlay will online appear once you go live on twitch

@@zionfp That's the issue i have it installed but when I click to select my overlay, it isn't there

@@hazztwitch4593 double check that your logged in to overlayexpert with your twitch account, also double check that you have the extension "overlayexpert" on twitch as either panel 1 or panel 2, it needs to be configured. @@zionfp I have the same exact problem as him expect when I go to my channel on my computer it shows the overlays but on a different account it shows nothing of the over lays.

And for your twitch handle, once you you add one. It will come.up as "overlay expert" and not your name but... when you go live on twitch it will replace "overlayexpert" with your twitch name

Dont forget to download the extension on twitch...... when u do click on "overlayexpert" on TWITCH it will ask u to choose the overlays, all of those that youve made as long as you logged into "overlay expert" with you twitch account and saved your work by clicking on the cloud icon ☁

How do I get other people to see my overlay because I see it but they don’t

When you log into overlay expert with your twitch account, click the top right menu and you will see "my overlays" but you need to be logged in to your twitch streaming account

You need to login in to your twitch account, go to creator dashboard then go to extensions. Once you are there search for "overlay expert" and click install once you've done so click configure and you should be able to see all the overlays they have to offer including the onces youve made and the one that you bought. Click on.choose once you see your overlay and it should be able to come up on stream once you go.live
