    Great videos Eric! For this one (and others), what about driver? I struggle with sometimes getting too flat and working through snap hooks, when off, but often correct by getting slightly more vertical.

      1. Same ideas for driver is ya need it
      2. Yep....can overdo or underdo anything in the swing. Need to use video to find FEELS to hit the correct check points

    That was kind of my next question after the last left arm rotation:-))) By the way, this season I went from 13.9 to 8.2 mostly thanks to your videos. True story.

    I had a teaching pro ride by me hitting shots on the driving range. He had loaned me a demo set of Apex 21 irons to use in my round. He told me after I had played 9 holes the reason I was hitting shots to the left of my intended target was my right (trail arm) elbow was not tucked and I was leading my down swing with my trail shoulder. Hope your tips help my poor swing. Watching!

    Forearm to the sky totally changed my ball striking tremendously.

    Thanks Eric, I've been chasing that magical organic shallowing but apparently my body movement stinks. The manual shallowing has helped my ball striking tremendously

    At times when I practice slowly I can shallow the club but when I hit at normal speed it’s as if there is no effect.

    • @CogornoGolf
      @CogornoGolf  2 года назад +1

      1. That's normal....you have to START slow. We didn't learn ANYTHING 0-100 %. Crawl, Walk, Run.
      2. Use video and exaggerate x 1000000% when slowly adding speed. It takes time.

    HI Eric, I always enjoy your presentations. However, I think you missed the mark this time. To dissect the right arm motion to this degree is complicated for most people. I know the way you get to this position but your approach is fine for all golfers who eat up the technical and more complicated aspects of the game but you actually demonstrated the easy way to get to this position. Relax your arms at the top, squat a bit (like you and Grant Waite just demonstrated) and square up your hip as the first move and it happens naturally. I am not saying what you demonstrated was incorrect, it is just to complicated in my view. Thanks

    Be warned-don't swing too flat or below the plane which crept into my swing after rehearsing the flattening numerous times. Didn't record myself((. Shocked to see the shaft way below my right forearm in the window reflection after my round. Worst round ever, swing felt horrendous but boy was I feeling the shallowing...

    • @CogornoGolf
      @CogornoGolf  2 года назад

      For sure....can OVER do or UNDER DO anything.
      Under plane better than over plane but both an issue....as you mentioned....have to check with video!
