This is from a 1991 documentary of Metallica. That film crew followed them for a year. I rented it on vhs from my local block buster so many times that they finally just let me buy it because by 2000 nobody was watching it but me. I loved every second of it.
This part of the footage was taken in 1992.

This is all from the 2nd tape, but that 1st one was footage of them recording the Black Album. That one was way more interesting to me and provided a lot of insight on how the recording process works.

I have loved Metallica since 1983 and love their music and their good attitudes about everything! They are the best heavy metal band ever in my opinion. Dave Mustaine missed out.
