This sounds like a really stupid way to try and communicate, why not find out with regular ATC on what frequency the Cessna is and communicate with standard terminology ? These guys really need to learn and get better at this.........

Let me guess, another TFR violation due to "VIP" security. Don't these VIP's work for us instead of the other way around? Land of the free except when someone is out begging to keep their job or get a new job from the public.
Is "work north" a common term for military pilots? Would expect a more common phrase like "turn northbound" or "fly north immediately", etc.
It's a common term for me, and I'm not a military pilot nor even any kind of pilot.... "Work [your way] north."
