I find this song saying like if you have a job and do whatever you are without complaints or anything then you recieve appreciation. Where I work I have just worked so hard trying whatever I am asked just asking for explanations when I don't know what I'm doing and I've got real heavy appreciation. that's where I find the part of the song saying you do just as you're told these are the streets of gold. the appreciation would be the gold.

This is one of the most realistic Disney movies out there because it shows the struggles of the human race being homeless and it also shows the dangers of the big city as well. Disney needs to go back to making movies like this instead of movies like Frozen
