As we follow the German representative Kodiak to Sweden, he is joined by @georainbolt, co-founder Mike, many excited fans and 23 other players in this depiction of the first ever GeoGuessr World Cup in Stockholm 2023!
Exciting matches, incredible skills and a great community will be put on display, as we uncover the first official world champion in GeoGuessr.

Well done! I loved that the World Cup presentation and all the gamers involved. The level of sportsmanship and friendship set a new standard for competition. Kodiak is amazing and it was hard to watch him struggle with the defeat, but heartwarming to see his friends support him. That's what sets this apart from many other competitive ventures. I'm so excited for the upcoming WC!

Great job. Kind of reminds me of a condensed version of these specials HBO used to do for the NHL called "Road to the Winter Classic" where they followed both teams up to the day of the big game. Maybe 2024 WC will have a larger one, like the event itself.
Props to Kodiak for allowing them to follow him around, even at times where you maybe didnt want a camera there.

Amazing Vid, and a very nice throwback to what happened back in Stockholm a few months ago. Was truly amazing to be there to watch and witness history, and was also awesome meeting so many legends in the community at the same time. Thanks for putting this together, was great to see the emotions of what some players were going through whilst playing and being part of the GeoGuessr World Cup. Looking forward to the next! 😁
