Thank you Pianojohn for all your FANTASTIC tutorials! They are so easy to play along to (sometimes without even pausing!) and I owe a lot of my repertoire to you! Up the incredible work!
awesome man, i spended hours, triying to get the solo by ear, and i actually, got the half of notes, but you made the entire work !! awesome, and thank you for sharing it !!!
Are you referring to the C-chord at the very end of the solo? If so, you just play the three notes C-E-G and play them ad-lib through the entire measure. Any way that's easiest for you.
I've had a request for this tune. After learning "piano man" so quickly - thanks to you, I didn't look for info anywhere before checking your site. Lo and behold, you hear everything and explain so clearly. I have to learn about four pieces a week so I appreciate you doing all the work. If there is ever anything I can do for you, (I don't have money ... Only knowledge) I'd jump at the chance to do you a solid.
I'm very glad the videos have been helpful to you, Mary, and I thank you for the kind words. No need to reciprocate on your part, just enjoy your time on the piano!
This Solo is great!! pianojohn113, would you be able to show us how to do the "In the Moods" Version with the Boogie in it?! That'd be really great to learn!! :D Excellent work as always!!
pianojohn113 Thank you for giving an echoes to the gratitude I have for you! It s been 3 years I m following your instructions and it change my life Thank You Pianojohn Sensei ! Thank You.. ;-)
WHY can't ANYONE seem to play this with the same "feel" and pizazz as Elton did on the original recording? I mean, it can't be THAT hard for an experienced player, right?
Looks correct...but kind of sloppy. I say practice this a few hundred times until you're REEEEEEAAAALLLLYYYY proficient, and THEN record yourself. Great angle, though. Others film from the side...like how's that supposed to help?
One of the best piano lessons on youtube. Clear and understandable. Bravo!

I'm not a piano player but I was able to make this by watching your tutorial: ruclips.net/video/6JPB3aT7Zqs/видео.htmlsi=3dWfLjlr5qtVr-V0
There is no such note d sharp. Thats an E flat. Know your note before you give the wrong info
Okay, please tell me you're joking. Otherwise you're banned from the internet.
