The Sydney 1986 is one of my all time favorites, where the instrumental really evelates the music to another lvl and the raspy vocals complement it all so well ☺️

He used to be capable of playing 1.25x speed when he was doing coke in the 70's and 80's.

Lets travel back to some of the fastest performances ever recorded, the one you mentioned Hammersmith Odeon 1982, Wembley 1984, and basically any show made before 1985

Why does he always sing with his lips against the microphone? Does he not think the mic is good enough to pick up his voice?
He uses floor monitors so you really have to sing close to the mic to hear yourself.
It helps him sit up straight.
