Moun Dorado I can't say, it depends on genetics and how dedicated you are to fitness. Anyway, it's not a 1 year thing..it requires a lot of work
i'm 21 and i'm opting to build such a body within the 5 next years ! i know it is not gonna be easy but i'm really motivated espcially by my personal life :D ...thank you anyway for the answer !

I like your comment. I've seen too many videos and photographs of athletes with great definition but they are not photographed or filmed well and if the lighting is bad the definition isn't presented well.

I have a question regarding your routine - how do you split body weight and compound exercises, like the deadlift and the bench press displayed in this video? Do you mainly focus on high intensity and explosiveness with the BW, and complement the routine with traditional heavy weight training? How does this look in terms of training frequency and duration? Would also be nice to hear about recovery.
