Wow who knew you could do these exercises with this core trainer I've had my reformer since the late 90s early 2000s but I lost the exercise guide if it even came with one so I've never used it. Which means it's still like new. I don't even know what brand it is, maybe it's a York make I don't know i don't recall. This video is gold, kind of intense it's great you really feel the burn it's brilliant such a great workout, please don't delete this video. Thank you.
