It’s 2020 and I’m not getting back to the studio anytime soon. I just found my Gaiam reformer from my closet but I can’t find the DVD. I’d love to see a real workout routine with this reformer/cord from the Popsugar crew!

I just bought mine from Walmart. But it didn't have a DVD with it. It has a chart with about 7 or 8 exercises demonstrated. I haven't used it yet, but hope it is a good workout.
