Wow!! This video exercise was intense fantastic brilliant! This video is gold, you really feel the burn it's brilliant such a great workout, please don't delete this video. I've had my core reformer since the 90s early 2000s but I lost the exercise guide if it even came with one so I've never used it. Which means it's still like new. I don't even know what brand it is, maybe it's a York make I don't know i don't recall and the rubber band isn't exposed on my brand bcos it's made of a durable but solid TPE material that withstand wear & tear. I'm only just starting to use my reformer as a mature adult compared to how old I was when I first purchased my reformer. So thank you my core muscles feels it 😊
My cord is not long enough to do most of this. It is a green cord so maybe shorter than the long. I am in pretty good shape, so I don’t think that’s it.
