Paan and Imli are acquired tastes. So its expected not to like those. Imli means tamarind. So someone who has a specific taste for extreme sourness will like that. All remaining snacks are just bomb.

The second item is called Shankarpaali and is often dunked into tea and eaten hot and soggy as well!
The patra are colocasia leaves deep fried with masalas - a snack that is popular in both Maharashtrian and Gujarati cuisine. This version has pushed it to a crunchy space...but you also get this soft sponge cake kinda consistency that is very yum!
Imli is basically tamarind and it is a very niche thing...its an acquired taste to appreciate it :) it is also possibly the binding agent used in the Bhel binge bar...thats the sweet part of Bhel usually!
UP is a state in the north of India...one of the most populous ones...it has the population to rival a country like Brazil!
Paan is also an acquired taste...like i am Indian but I cant stand paan either!
And bhel candy base as you said not chocolate but Jaggery , anything caramel like crust thing you see in Indian food is jaggery

All these snacks are somewhat dry and difficult to eat without a drink. Not so much popular these days because the companies makes their own version which is way different than traditional homemade ones. Nowadays people prefer either freshly cooked stuff or snacks from reputed companies. Nice video a lot of stuff I saw for the first time myself ❤️

'Pulla Reddy' sweets are one of the famous sweet chain in Southern part of India.
Try 'halwa' - authentic one will be soft, dark, with cashews here and there; and it is a sweet.
UP - Uttar Pradesh a state in India/nothern part.
The lollipop that you had is made of tamarind. In india its a good for digestion ingredient which people eat after meals. this one is made to look like a lollipop form. It is a good for gut ingredient and not actually a chocolate or sweet 😊 hence it's more sour and Lil bit of chat masala just like a tamarind😊❤

When you're dealing with words from the Southern Indian states, the 'Z' should be read as an 'L'.
Tamarind stick is meant for licking , not for taking big bite. Or else you won't like it. Tamarind is quiet soury. Tamarind 's name is derived from Tamar-e-hind arabic name given to it by arabs.
I am from India and even I have not known about those south indian snacks names. India is really really big and diverse when it comes to food, language, culture, dress, language script etc. that even I don't know about few names, despite living in the most diverse metro in India.

meetha paan - it must be a bad imitation of original meetha paan - which actually made of betel leaves with lots of things in it - meetha is a hindi word means sweet.

NEW RULE:
From now on, whenever you are trying out Indian snacks, you must make yourself a couple cups of Chai.
It does not need to be all filled with spices to make Masala Chai.
A simple everyday Chai made with milk, water, tea (bags or loose leaf boiled in water for 5 to 10 minutes), and sugar, is good enough and very tasty.
