  • As with all exercise programs and when using exercise videos, you need to use common sense.     Full body session. Let's do it!
    Warm ups:
    1. Side swings
    2. Ladder climbs
    3. Shoulder rolls
    4. Shoulder openers
    5. Standing ankle circles and point/flex
    6. Standing calf raises
    Full body:
    1. Curl - squat - shoulder press
    2. Reverse lunge into hammer front raise
    3. Squat - front raise - curl with one dumbbell
    4. Tricep kickbacks
    5. Kneeling with 1-arm shoulder press
    6. Side plank with 1-arm row
    Core:
    1. Mountain climbers
    2. Side plank with twist and tuck
    3. Straight leg touches (opposite hand and leg)
    4. Plank with hip dips

    Dear Becky, this was great. It is my second video for today, from your channel. I found your channel some tweaks ago because of the Fisherman's 12 poses for osteoporosis and since then I have done several of your yoga sessions. Thank you so much. I love it. Please keep up the excellent work. I have no doubts that your channel will keep growing in subscribers.

      I'm happy you found my channel! I had been doing fitness videos with a live broadcast to my local yoga students during the pandemic. I stopped doing the live broadcasts in January 2022. I decided to upload some of the recordings to my RUclips channel so that other people could try them and feel the benefit. I'm glad you are enjoying my videos.
